An entry is marked expired when its Status is set to Expired or when its Expiration date (entry properties, under Description) has passed. That date is often filled in without anyone noticing: if the entry was created from a template whose expiration is set to "Expires in X months/days", every entry made from it gets a date automatically.

You can modify your templates in the tab Administration -> Entry templates. Alternatively, it could be set from the "Default entry settings" in the same ribbon tab.

This field currently requires a modifier key to save a shortcut. I am guessing the shortcut you’re entering doesn’t include one, which is why the field resets.

I’ll open a ticket to support this shortcut without modifier keys.

Thank you for reporting this. To help us investigate the mouse offset in your RDP sessions, could you send the following?

1. Your RDM Mac version. You can find it in Remote Desktop Manager > About Remote Desktop Manager.

2. The display settings on the affected RDP entry. Open the entry's properties, go to the Display section and tell us what is set:

- Remote desktop size

- Screen sizing mode

- Any scaling or high-resolution (Retina) option

3. Your Mac display setup. Tell us whether you use a single screen or several, and whether any external monitor has a different resolution or scaling than your Mac's built-in screen.

4. The scaling on the remote machine. In Windows, open Settings > System > Display and tell us the Scale value (for example 100%, 125% or 150%).

5. When the offset appears. Is it there as soon as the session opens, or only after something else, such as resizing the window?

The setting relevant to this discussion is Quick Search > Enter Key, which will let you choose whether pressing Enter opens the selected entry or performs another action.

Btw - essentially the same thing was already discussed in this thread - https://forum.devolutions.net/topics/45052/keyboard-shortcut-to-quick-find-and-connect-directly#242009. A new option "Launch on Enter" was added as a result of that discussion, but I can't see it there any longer.

In the next major update of RDM Mac, coming in December, you will be able to pin the navigation pane, just like in RDM Windows, with the same behaviour.

I am sorry that this functionality cannot be delivered sooner. It is part of a major rework of the main window to align it more closely with RDM Windows.

I’ve opened a ticket to fix this issue. In the meantime, you can change the status from the ribbon by selecting Home > Status.

Alternatively, you can change it in the entry’s properties under the Description tab.

To help pin down the cause, could you confirm which version of Remote Desktop Manager for Mac you updated to (the exact version number, you can find it in the "About" window of Remote Desktop Manager)?

Can you describe how your CyberArk (Idra) integration is set up? Is the RDP entry linked to a CyberArk credential entry?
