Not every button is clickable when using Simplified Ribbon in RDM 2026.3.0.5

Hi,

With the new layout (with the very large ribbon), I decided to try out the Simplified Ribbon to maximize the workspace. I did notice that buttons behind the ellipse (...) aren't always clickable. An example from the File tab, where Preferences and Exit aren't clickable (they also don't highlight when hovering over it).
