Hello there, I noticed a few days ago that when creating a new OTP Entry, via RMD, that this Entry does not sync to the Workspace Authenticator, a few weeks ago this worked fine. Currently 19 OTP Entries exist inside the "Authenticator App" Folder, but Workspace Authenticator only shows 13 Entries. Meaning a new entry is synced TO the Hub but not the other way around. I have a Devolutions Hub Personal connected with the App and sync/backup options are enabled. Re-Login and Reinstall was already done. Help would be greatly appreciated. Best Regards

Hi, at the moment I'm testing Workspace on my Android mobile. Here I am encountering some timing-problems: it takes very long to process the login login-credentials are lost after short periods (sometimes minutes) after selecting a password, it takes about > 10s untill it is shown What I tested so far (same behaviour) Personal Hub Devolutions Server (on Premises) Using same device with browser is really quick, so seems not to be some network-problem. I would like to push out the browser plugins for Firefox, Chrome and Edge using Intune but when I go to download them there is no way to do so, I can only install them on the browser I'm connected to. Is there a way to automate deployment?

Is there a option that I can force a default settings file for Devolutions Workspace? I found the option to create a default settings file in: Settings -> Custom installation -> Create configuration file. Here I created my personal config file named Config.cfg. Where do I need to place this file after the installation of the application, so for other users these default settings will be forced after installation? [image]

Hi, I'm new to the Workspace app. So far we used RDM for all our users. Now we switched to Workspace for the most of our users, because they don't need the full function set of RDM. I'm wondering now if there is a possibility to preconfigure settings for the Workspace app. As example the language, handling of the landing page, offline settings, usage data, clipboard and so on? We use DVLS as our data source. With RDM it was possible to generate custom MSI file and configuration files. But for the Workstation app I can't find any documentation except the URL for DVLS server. Thanks for every response. Padi

I can see that I can export settings to a JSON file from Workspace. I'd like to deploy the plugin for Firefox, Edge and Chrome via Intune and import the settings automatically. I suppose two questions: Are the plugins available as an MSI or standalone download Is there a variable we can add to the end to import settings as part of the install?

Devolutions Workspace - Mac - keeps asking to reconnect Every couple of minutes it locks and asks me to reconnect which is extremely annoying as sometimes I can simply login but every 2-3 times I need also code, MFA etc. So basically I go to one system, get the password, do something and in 3 minutes I need to reconnect, reauthenticate. Is there a setting to change this, make it at least 10-15 minutes?

as the title states when I press the hotkey for quick access workspace freezes and then closes itself. this only happens on version 2025.2.6. searching within workspace itself works fine.

I am trying to create two sessions for the same SSH entry. When I try to do this, I am not able to open the second tab with the second session. All mentions of this on Google arte too old and the menu items referenced no longer exist.

Hello, One of our users is experiencing an issue where several credential entry types (e.g., API key, Azure service principal, SSH key, Secret, etc.) are missing when creating a new entry. On my side, I can see all of them under Credential entry , but the user can only see: One-time password (OTP) Username and password We have confirmed that both of us are using the same environment. Could you please advise what might be causing this difference?

I recently tried to switch to Hub personal since I like to use tho products at work but the Workspace Browser Extension does not show any entries after beeing connected to Hub personal. Tried on Google Chrome and Brave Browser. I am testing CyberArk integration. I created a CyberArk PVWA credential entry in my User Vault. When I select the entry in full Edge with Workspace it does not pull the credentials. Am I missing something?

Sorry know I am a bit stupid :-O But on one of my computers my workspace is locked with a Master key, and I must have places my fingers wrong or have a bad memory. I cannot find the right Master key. I have tried to remove Workspaces, but when i reinstall, it still asks for the Master key. Is there a way to delete workspaces from the computer so I can start over?

When I connected my workspace extension to my personal hub instead of the RDM application I can no longer copy password and some times not username either. For MS authentication dialogs, the ones that needs username and password IDs on the div, setup i RDM, is not able to autofill and copy username and password from RDM only seem to get the password, this is just an issue using external browsers, it still works fine within RDM

Since about two weeks I am not able to use copy option from quick access anymore. If I search for an item using quick access and select an entry the copy buttons for all fields are greyed out. Beforehand I was able to use the copy function without issue. As far as I can see I dont see any setting for this within the workspace application or within the permissions of our devolutions server. Below an example, as you can see the buttons are greyed out and do nothing when you press them. Does anyone know how to fix this? [image]

Hello, the settings are set up via policy and arrive at the computer. You can see the extension in the browser. It is marked with a red dot at the beginning. After you have logged in, this red dot disappears again. But as soon as I close the browser, it turns red again and I have to log in again. I can see a web browser extension for Safari, but I'm unable to add it to safari. Does anyone run into this issue? Have you been able to use the Safari extension?

Hello. We are using the browser extension in connection with our DVLS Server. Unfortunately, it happens from time to time that there are some connectivity issues and the browser extension immediately loses connection. [image] At one time I also noticed a 401 JSON error. [image] I got this twice in a timeframe of about 15 minutes today. Would it be possible to make the workspace extension a little more resilient ? Thank you very much. Marcel BNC

Hi My general experience is that when I open Workspace in all flavours and my data source is unreachable - Workspace becomes unusable, is this by design? My data source is DVLS I don't know if the behaviour is different with Hub's. On iOS it seems that the offline download makes autofill entries still work in password autofill. In the Browser extension it "sync" the vaults, but if DVLS is unreachable it invalidates the login and becomes unusable. Workspace for Windows is just unusable. Is my above statement "by design"? Is offline cache not meant for Workspace? - or am I overlooking something? Regards Lars
