I had a quick discussion with one of my colleagues from the engineering team, and they would like to clarify a few points.

• Do you only need to enter your Username and Password to log into your session, or do you also have a 2FA prompt to validate?

• Are you being prompted for your credentials because the autofill of credentials is not supported on your remote hosts, or because you configured the entry to manually enter your login information?

I have been notified of a fix available in RDM versions 2022.3.16.0 and more recent that should resolve the issue you reported.

Regarding your first question, you can configure the credentials for "My Account Settings" under File > My Account Settings. In the case of Secret Server, you will then want to pick the "Secret Server" option under the section "Privileged Access Management". This will allow you to configure the settings that will be used when "My Account Settings" is selected in a Secret Server entry's properties.

The "My Account Settings" is user-specific, so "My Account Settings" can be used in cases when each user needs to use their own credentials in a shared entry.

Regarding your second question, training time may need to be purchased before going ahead with the remote session. I invite you to contact our sales team by email for more information on the pricing for training session time.

I did some tests but can't seem to replicate the issue you describe unfortunately. I tried the Custom, Inherited and Linked (Vault) credential modes, and they all worked as expected and allowed my Winbox entry to be logged in properly.

Could you please reconfigure your Winbox entry with the settings that do not work, when right-click the entry and select "Copy Username and Password"? I would like to verify if the correct credentials are pasted when this is done.

Tout dépendant de vos configurations, il pourrait être possible d'exclure certaines entrées d'une recherche à l'aide du Advanced Search, qui peut être accédé depuis View > Search > Advanced Search ou avec la touche F11.

Dans le Advanced Search, il est possible de chercher pour plusieurs critères en même temps et d'inclure ou exclure certains critères.

Par example, pour rechercher toutes les entrées avec un nom qui contiens "Test", mais exclure celles avec le tag "Exclude", vous pourriez configurer votre recherche avancée comme ceci :

Dans cet example, le dossier "TestNoFolder" contiens le tag Exclude, donc ni lui ni ses entrées enfant ne sont inclus dans la recherche même s'ils contiennent "Test" dans leur nom. Vous pourriez appliquer un tag similaire à votre dossier d'archive et utiliser la recherche avancée pour l'exclure de vos recherches.

Unfortunately, the Devolutions Password Hub does not currently have a notification feature. If an entry reaches its expiration date, you will be able to see it by the red flag icon that will appear next to it in the vault as well as by the red warning that will appear on top of its properties when it is in focus :

Currently, in order to be notified when entries expire in Password Hub, you would need to access your Password Hub via RDM.

May I ask you, if you have the time, to try our current RDM beta for version 2022.3.12.0? I would like to confirm if you also experience the issue on this version, since on my side I confirmed that the issue is resolved in both this beta and in RDM 2022.2.29.0.

Here are the steps to create a portable instance of the RDM beta :

1. Download the RDM zip folder from the link below :

2. Extract this zip in an empty folder of your choice

3. Launch RemoteDesktopManager64.exe from this folder

4. Register your license

Note that if you use a team data source, we do not recommend trying to access it from the RDM beta, since the version mismatch could cause issues.

Ohne intern testen zu können, kann ich das leider nicht mit Sicherheit bestätigen, aber ich vermute, dass die eingebetteten Browser diese Webseiten nicht unterstützen können.

Die eingebetteten Browser werden über Komponenten von Drittanbietern integriert und sind eine leichtere Version der Browser, was bedeutet, dass es gelegentlich Funktionen gibt, die sie nicht unterstützen können und die nur in normalen (externen) Browsern funktionieren.

Mit den Informationen, die ich derzeit habe, glaube ich, dass die Lösung, die ich anbieten könnte, darin bestünde, diese Websites im externen Anzeigemodus zu starten. Ich verstehe, dass dies möglicherweise keine sehr bequeme Lösung ist, aber Sie können auf die Website zugreifen, da die eingebetteten Browser sie nicht anzeigen können.

In order to further investigate the issue you reported, our engineering team would appreciate if you could follow the steps below to generate a .trp recording of your session and the issue.

Here are the steps to enable the .trp recording :

1. In the properties of your SSH Shell entry, go to the the "Session Recording" section

2. Set the mode to "Required"

3. Set the destination to "Custom"

4. Use the ellipsis button to choose the path where the recording file will be saved

5. Set the filename to "Entry Name + Date/Time

Once that is done, please trigger the issue, then close the session and provide us the resulting .trp file.

Actually, I would be interested to verify with both, to see first if the issue occurs with the new data source and then see if it also occurs with the older one. This will allow us to determine if the issue somehow stems from the data source itself.
