Hi, it would amazing to have an option of when the end user clicks the red cross, it doesnt phsyically close the application! but rather it just minimizes the application, like that the minimize button already does as we have issue where the end user clicks the red cross and the applications then closed and we cant then ask the user to control the computer with the permission prompt we have to ask them to open the application via the desktop icon to then get prompted for permission by the end user Regards Simon

Hi, currently the is no way of switching between full screen apps if the remote client you are controlling is a MAC, for example, i go out take my tablet with me, connect into my mac from my tablet, open up mail, the mail app then goes full screen automatically, i am then stick in mail as the is no way of opening another application it would be amazing to have shortcuts in all of the waykclient apps (mac, windows, ios, android, RDM) to either swipe left or right between the full screen apps you could send the hot keys thats are default on mac (CTRL+LEFT OR CTRL+RIGHT) HOWEVER sadly i tried this using the CTRL and left arrows already in the waykclient app but it doesnt seem to work? Will there be a possibility to switch the remote direction in the Future? This would be an important point for us to use Wayk Now in the future for our support Team instead of TeamViewer.

Currently, if I have a Wayk Bastion opened in RDM, I see computer-names and that's it. That's not very useful if I have multiple customers calling their servers SRV01, SRV02 etc. Would it be possible to additionally show a description of the machine, which I can enter in Wayk Admin-Portal?

I would like to have a portable client that can be run on a client without administrator rights, but at the same time so that it is immediately customized and works through the required den server

Hello, can you please implement an ability to disable the Wayk Agent popup on the remote machine, at least when connecting to headless machines via physical connection (and/or SRD). It's really useless that I have to click it away each time I connect - it's only bugging me, and nobody else.

Hello, I would wish for ability to configure Wayk Agent on deployment - is there some way? Can something like this be implemented? A registry export/import for instance would be enough, that can also be scripted. You reference it here: Deployment Automation | docs.devolutions.net But the link at the bottom of the page doesn't lead to the explanation of how to do it.

Though I have a server permanently online that I can install a Bastion server onto, it would be great to have the option to use a hosting service (like Linode or Digital Ocean) that can offer a minimal server as a bastion server. One of these could provide a script to install the whole bastion server. This would save us the problems and misconfigurations we might run into while setting up our own servers.

Hello, I am a very excited user of RDM since many years now and I am watching and testing every new release of Wayk Now to replace my Teamviewer. I am so convinced that this will be a great thing that I even bought a license although I can't use it in production right now. I cannot use it because of the UAC-handling. The users at my client's networks usually don't have admin-privilages and I won't give them these credentials during remote sessions. So I need another way to get administrative access. This is how I accomplished it with Teamviewer and how it should work easily with Wayk Now if you implement it: First I ask the user to download and just start the client, give me ID and pwd and I connect. This doesn't need any elevated privileges. Secondly, I have an option in my Teamviewer console to install the full version on the other side. This initiates a download on the client-side and detects that the client doesn't have the required privileges. What it does now: It doesn't ask for the credentials on the remote client with an UAC-prompt not visible to me, instead it gives me on my side an option to provide credentials that it hands over to the client. Then on the client the software installs as a Windows service with the credentials I provided when initiating the full install. Afterwards I have full control and see any newly coming UAC-prompts on my screen. So put it roughly: Have an option on my side that initiates the remote install and provide the required credentials typed in on my side handed over together with the install-command to the client. Isn't this possible? I would be very happy to use Wayk Now instead of Teamviewer and by more licenses for my collegues. Thanks in advance! Uwe

currently groups seem to be only be used for permissions, but if you get a lot of computers, proper grouping can get very helpful very fast. currently there doesnt seem to be a way to 1) auto assign many computers to a group (e.g. by using a different machine contributor) 2) filter server list based on anything beyond registration status. would be kinda awesome to be able to actually use the groups for more stuff

Maybe this is a "Unattended Access" feature, but I am using Wayk Now on MacOS and do not see it as an option. Is this available in unattended access mode on Windows? If not it should be an option.

Hi! There is the natural tendency to click on the x to close Wyak ( or any other program), but obviously once done, Wyak is indeed closed. Could we add the option to choose to have the 'x' be mimimize rather that close? Thanks!

In using an iOS device, rather than controlling the movement, of the cursor on the target system, it would be nice if the iOS device acted more like a touchscreen for the target device. When I select a location on the iOS device, the cursor would follow to that location. This makes finding and using the cursor easier. In addition, being able to 'left click and hold' would be valuable to allow for dragging Windows desktop windows around.

so according to Github you can set up autostart for the den on Windows by setting it as a service, but that does not work directly in linux. is there a way to achieve autostart on the den in linux as well? for some reason according to docker ps, picky and jet are starting after a reboot but all the other parts dont seem to. Using Ubuntu Server 20.04

especially when doing a ton of machines it would be kinda nice, if I could just slap them into the den normally and do the registration and group assignment and all after that in the den. would be kinda cool.

the waykden branding options apparently only have 2x support for the mac icons, but images like the banner are only 1x, and apparently the den just uses the exact same images for 1x and 2x, and that leads to some weird behavior like the left banner image gets upscaled (but not in a pretty manner) but the right one stays as is making it look oddly small. but kinda cool wayk downloads branding now.

After seeing the new release of WaykDen Web Client app, it would appear you could make a Chrome App to be installed on a chromebook!? this would be very helpful for myself as i use chromebook at night in bed and my macbookpro using the day at work

Hi, it would be wonderful to be able to enter into a remote session without having the wayk icon show up on the bottom. even if this configuration can only be one via cfg in the remote computer. It would be one less distraction. Thanks!

one fun Idea I just came up with when switching dens around and having some WEIRD issues recently (resolved for now) was that it maybe might be a nice Idea to maybe in the client tell a user whether or not he is connected to an external den in an easy way a user can understand without having to go through settings. basically you would set a name for your den in your den itself and if the connected den is NOT den.wayk.net it could for example say "Connected to My1s Test Den" or whatever in the status bar a bit like this. [image] that way people can see at one glance whether or not they are on any den and whether or not on the right one, which might help against support overhead for the end users (who sadly more often than not have no idea how this all works.)

It would be nice to be able to brand the client to show our logo and company name along with "Powered by Wayk Now" It is important for us to build brand loyalty with our customers. Though I understand Devolutions desire to promote their brand as well. Will that be an option in the paid version? Thanks
