Feature Request

On Windows, we use the IT Glue integration in Remote Desktop Manager (via API key) to access client credentials. However, the iOS/iPadOS version doesn’t support loading these IT Glue credentials, making it impossible to connect to client VMs from mobile devices since no passwords are available. Would be very helpful if this feature became available !

Currently, the Windows version already includes the RustDesk integration, allowing direct connections from Remote Desktop Manager (RDM) similar to TeamViewer . Unfortunately, this integration is only available on Windows at the moment. It would be extremely beneficial if the same RustDesk integration were also available on iOS and macOS . Since TeamViewer is supported across all platforms, adding RustDesk integration for iOS and macOS would greatly improve cross-platform usability, mobility, and administrative flexibility—especially for users who rely on Apple devices for remote support and management. I am using an iPad Pro with a Magic Keyboard (iPadOS 26.0.1) to connect to a Mac mini (2012, macOS 10.15.7) via the ARD protocol. I am experiencing the following issues: I cannot directly use the Magic Keyboard's key combinations (e.g., Cmd+C / Cmd+V). The trackpad's vertical scrolling is inverted (opposite direction). Scrolling is also extremely fast, making it impossible to scroll slowly to a desired position, even when I am being very careful. I know I can disable "natural scrolling" on the Mac mini to fix the direction, but if I do that, the scrolling direction becomes inverted when I control this Mac mini from another macOS device. When I use RDM on iPadOS, sometimes I have to put the RDM in background. However, when I come back to RDM from other applications, it just disconnected and I have to reconnect the remote machine. It is a bad experience especially in SSH port forward, which means I can’t use the port forwarded from RDM in other application. Refer to other iOS software, termius use “Live Activities” and “More Frequent Updates” API to keep the connection in background. I hope RDM can have the same function, thank you!

Currently, when using RDM on iPadOS to connect to a remote host (similar to ADM), the display cannot fully cover the entire iPad screen due to the white tab list at the bottom and the hover tool bar. I hope to provide a full-screen display setting to achieve a more immersive operation experience. Thank you!

This is a minor nit, but the behavior is inconsistent between desktop and mobile versions of RDM. When using RDM on the iPad, typing the password on the internal (on-screen) or external paired keyboard for a connection and hitting [Enter] does not launch the connection like it does on desktop. To launch the connection after entering the password, you have to reach up/mouse up and tap [Ok] in the upper-right corner. It's a bit of an annoyance for every connection to have to switch the context and input method.

Ability to receive push notifications in the Android or iOS Workspace app for RDM or Workspace access to replace a 6-digit MFA.

Hi, in an effort to reduce our on-premises footprint we've recently switched from a Devolutions Server to Azure SQL as datasource. Unfortunately this means the iOS is no longer usable. Can you add support for Azure SQL as a datasource to iOS (with Active Directory Interactive / MFA support for authentication)? Thanks!

Dear all, we are unable to open an external Application via RDM (OneNote). We are able to make it work on Desktop, yet it will not work on iOS/iPadOS-Devices. I have seen an preety much identical issue with a different application, which was fixed promptly. My hope is that we can enable this functionality in the same way. At present, when you create a Bitwarden dynamic credential, you are simply presented with a scrollable list of accounts in a pop-up window that doesn't seem to be in any specific order. There are no option to filter, sort, or search. Can we get all three of those options?

Hello RDM for iOS ack as a third-pasrty password manager app and you can add the autofill features in iOS12 like other password manager already do (LastPass for example). Thanks Michele Italy

Hi, I use this software on my iPad, i t's an excellent software. To use multiple shell on one server, I need to use tmux or duplicate ssh shell entry, I think it's not very convenient that a ssh shell entry can open only one connection. Do you have plan to add this feature?

It is allowed on the Windows version but does not work on the iOS version. I have some set to Edge and some to Chrome. But the mobile app does not transfer it to the external browser.

Can RDM(iOS) add a local terminal function, can support execute some simple Linux commands locally, such as grep, cat, ssh, etc.

Support for iOS compatible mice like SwiftPoint GT/ProPoint, Citrix X1 and MS Arc in remote desktop session would be highly appreciated. Jump Desktop is one RDP app which supports both SwiftPoint GT and Citrix X1 as pointing device.

Mapping of control, alt/option and cmd on external/Apple/folio keyboards to Windows control/alt/Windows keys (or maybe even an arbitrary, user defined mapping scheme) would make working from an iOS device a lot more smooth.
