ITGlue Credentials (API)

On Windows, we use the IT Glue integration in Remote Desktop Manager (via API key) to access client credentials. However, the iOS/iPadOS version doesn’t support loading these IT Glue credentials, making it impossible to connect to client VMs from mobile devices since no passwords are available.
Would be very helpful if this feature became available !

If possible, could you update your RDM iOS to the latest version (2026.1.1.1) and see if the problem persists? This version should resolve your issue.
