only one problem, the “\” and “|” (before the 1 key) doesn’t works. (italian smart keyboard ipad pro 2020)

Hi,

I'm unable to reproduce this problem on my end. This may be a problem that is specific to the Italian keyboard layout, we will investigate.

When you press the key, does it type the wrong character or does it type nothing?

We will keep investigating but we don't know how much we will be able to do because we do not have access to an Italian smart keyboard for iPad here in Canada.

May I can give you some other info or do some any other test?

-Does the key work in RDM outside of remote sessions?

-Does it work in other Apps?

-Are there any other special character keys that are not behaving correctly?

The key works on RDM see screenshot



Works in other app (and in the same rdp server troughs Microsoft RD Client app).

Uhhhhhh I find it!!!


On italian keyboard, before the z there are < and >
This symbol, in RMD are substitute with | and \
so the <> aren’t working and the \ and | are at they position

Hi,

We will order an Italian keyboard and try to reproduce the issue.
Please note that the keyboard is not identical to the one you have (your keyboard is not available in North America and we cannot order it from Europe)
so we might not be able to reproduce the issue.

We will give it a try!
