Hi there, I use Devolutions RDM personally and also in my company and I love the product, so let me first start by thanking you guys for this product. I've stumbled against the fact that you can't search using the Equivalent URLs field when you have an object of the type of "Webstie", which is kind of weird in my opinion. My use case is that I have devices that are available through an FQDN defined as the main Web URL of the record. But sometimes I need to seach for a specific device by IP and for that specific use-case I wanted to use the Equivalent URL field (to save the URL that contains the IP address of the device + port). I've tried the normal search bar and also looked into the advance search to try to find objects with only conatining the IP within the Equivalent URL field, but both of these don't give me the ability to search for the device using the IP address. The most convenient is to be able to define the equivalent URL and being able to search directly through the search bar for the IP, but advanced search is also fine for me. As a workaround I have the IPs now defined in the Equivalent URLs and also the description field because the description of each website object is searchable. I'm using RDM 2025.3.32.0 at the company and personally I use the latest version on Linux 2026.1.1.1

Dear Support Is there any way we can add option “Open with WinSCP” to this menu?? That will be great enhancement for this great application RDM. I have been using RDM for 4 years, I really want you to add this feature, since embedded SFTP browser is not powerful. [image]

Currently it is only possible to enforce MFA for the whole data source. I would be nice to have an option to enforce it only for users which are member of a group.

Hi! We are trying to sync our hosts from VMware vCenter with Remote Desktop Manager. As we are working with multiple domains it would be great if the FQDN of the host would get synchronized. In the "DNS Name" field of vCenter that information is present. So it should be possible. There also doesn't seem to be a workaround. I've already contancted support. I can add a suffix for the session name but in the hostname field it always gets overwritten with the NetBIOS name. And yes I know I can sync the IP-Adress but most of our admin users are in the protected users group. Meaning kerberos authentication is enforced. Using IP is not an option for us.

Hi, Is there a way to pin the vault table to the side next to the "navigation" tab? I created a vault for each client and would like to have all the different vaults visible on the side like the "navigation" tab. Thanks

Hello It's 2026 and we have databases which can handle millions of entries with no problem. In RDM when we have 4000 entries, we get messages, that the vault has a large number of entries and the performance is impacted. Is that something that could be enhanced in a next version, instead of bringing many new features. ;-) We think 4000 entries, are not to many today.

The ability to export complete vaults, including OTP secrets, would be extremely helpful. This feature is essential, especially when exporting customer vaults, for example, to hand them over to the customer. The export itself doesn't necessarily have to be done via the RDM client; using PowerShell would suffice, in my opinion.

We are using the templates to configure dynamic sessions across multiple hosts (+15k). However, only being able to store them on the system (data source) is limiting their use. It would be great if you could add the option to store templates in the vault, opening features as using linked credentials from the vault in the VPN setup. And also segmenting the templates, so you don't see templates only relevant for other vaults.

Hello everyone, I would like to have an option to automatically inherit tags downwards with the option to deactivate this per entry. Similar to permissions, so that new tags can be inherited downwards via a folder within a tagged structure.

Typically, the same directories are often used for SFTP transfers (this applies to both the host and the client). It would therefore be extremely useful if you could define 3, 5 or 10 favourite directories for each side, thereby enabling you to work much more quickly.

We use Remote Desktop Manager in combination with Devolutions Server. In Remote Desktop Manager there is an option to auto start a playlist: [image] This option is only available for playlists on the Local machine. Is it possible to add this also for a playlist in a (user) vault?

Currently, the VMware Synchronizer entry in Remote Desktop Manager only supports filtering virtual machines by their inventory folder path ("Filter by group"). While useful, this approach is limited because it requires VMs to be physically organized in specific folders in vCenter to achieve selective synchronization. VMware vSphere supports a native tagging system that allows administrators to assign one or more tags to virtual machines regardless of their folder location. Tags are widely used in enterprise environments to classify VMs by environment (e.g., Production, Test, DR), by customer, by OS type, by criticality, or by any other custom attribute. We would like to request the addition of a "Filter by tag" option in the VMware Synchronizer settings, allowing RDM to synchronize only the virtual machines that have one or more specified vSphere tags assigned. We use tags as primary classification system and not vCenter folder hierarchy in a way that maps to RDM synchronization needs

We use FreshService as our IT documentation repository and I am trying to integrate that with RDM's Documentation tab. RDM supports External documentation > Service type: Custom but this only loads a login page. Our previous documentation system was BookStack, which also would require authentication. I can't think of any IT documentation system that wouldn't require authentication, and all would be web-based. I am hoping there is a way to integrate this cleanly with RDM, since that's exactly what RDM does with other websites. I could create a sub-entry of a website for documentation of an asset... but it just seems like RDM should have a way to do this without requiring Confluence or Sharepoint. Clearly RDM already has everything necessary built-in to support logging in using the Session > Website entry, but for some reason the external Documentation configuration is designed to only support a very narrow subset of platforms. If this could just be made more generic to support any website, ideally using the existing Website Session object type on the backend, it would immediately be both more useful to all customers and likely easier to maintain for developers (rather than supporting a dozen bespoke solutions).

Hi there, i have a user who is allowed to view a a RDP session entry but not the password list itself. The entry has a linked credential from the password list. As soon as the session is opened by that user a password prompt appears. when entering the credential directly into the rdp session the user can access the RDP session. That user has no edit rights on the entry so the password is safe from viewing. All our passwords are managed within different password lists, so using exceptions from this concept is pretty uncomfortable. I need help to solve this problem.

Currently, the Multi Vault Search feature in Devolutions allows users to efficiently locate entries across multiple vaults. However, once results are returned, there is no built-in way to perform bulk or batch edits on multiple selected entries. This feature request proposes the ability to select multiple entries directly from the Multi Vault Search results and apply batch edits to common fields (e.g., name, description, tags, permissions, credentials, or custom fields). This would significantly improve productivity for administrators and power users managing large environments.

I would like to request a feature that allows batch editing of website favicons. Currently, updating favicons individually can be time-consuming, especially when managing multiple sites or pages. [image]

Hi, Could it be possible to get a configurable parameter to limit the tab UserInfoHistory to keep growing ? In a year our database take 52G and after a clean up with a script and schrink, 1.5G We have schedule a cleaning script to keep only the last 30 days. But we need to schrink the database to recover the space. Could it be possible to program in the GUI a parameter to keep 1 to 1000 days for UserInfoHistory ?

Hello, We are currently evaluating/deploying Devolutions Send and would like to limit its usage strictly to secure password sharing (internal and external). For security, compliance, and governance reasons, we would like to disable file sharing while keeping password sharing enabled. [image] A configuration option allowing administrators to: Disable file sharing while keeping password sending enabled Apply this restriction globally or via roles/policies would be extremely valuable in environments with strict security controls. This would help organizations adopt Devolutions Send while ensuring it aligns with internal security policies. Thank you for considering this request.

Hi, We're in the process of migrating our Pleasant Password Server authentication from LDAP to SAML SSO, using Authentik as our identity provider. The migration on the PPS side works fine — web UI and KeePass clients authenticate correctly via SAML. However, we rely heavily on the PPS integration in Remote Desktop Manager, and it appears RDM does not support SAML-based authentication against PPS. When "Enforce Partner Sign-In" is enabled in PPS, RDM login fails entirely. The only workaround we've found is enabling "Allow Exception for Direct Sign-In" for the affected users, which bypasses SAML and falls back to direct credential auth — defeating the purpose of the migration for those users. I found an older thread from 2023 documenting the same issue (https://forum.devolutions.net/topics/40098/pleasant-password-server--saml-sso-authentication), where a Devolutions engineer indicated they would investigate whether the PPS library supports SAML. As far as I can tell, nothing has shipped since then. So my questions: 1. Is SAML authentication for PPS data sources/credential entries in RDM on the roadmap? 2. Is there any workaround beyond the "Allow Exception for Direct Sign-In" policy exception? 3. Has anything changed in recent RDM versions that might help here? For context: we're running RDM on Windows, PPS on a recent version with Authentik as the SAML IdP. Thanks

Hi, I've just tried out the Netbox sync, which work pretty well but its missing some key features that would make it practical for us. Allow a filter to only add devices that have a management IP assigned to them in Netbox. At the moment its pulling in a ton of junk such as a 24 port patch panel and blanking plates I've put on our rack diagrams (you have to add them as devices) Additional filters for things like Device Types/Model Types It would be handy if we made a custom field in Netbox for 'session_type' and configure this to be rdp/ssh/https etc so RDM automatically pulls the correct session type. Potentially the same for template too. We have a mix of session types we need to provide. At the moment its trying to RDP to all my switches.

[image] When using RDM on Windows 11 with a dark theme. The theme works well, but some portions need to be a contrasting color. For example... > White text on a black background looks great, but selected text is basically black as well, so you can't easily see what you are selection. >Some check marks are variations of black or almost black with black check marks. Side note. I have a co-worker with limited eye sight. They would love a high contrast theme.
