Feature Request

If there are folders and connections, it doesn't matter what you set the sort priority of folders to be lower than connections, folders will always be on top. This is very frustrating. All items should follow / adhere to the sort priority.

Hello, Just wondering if the idea has ever been raised to add forward/back buttons or shortcuts in RDM? For example, in the quick access toolbar perhaps (near quick connect/refresh button/etc.). And/or make a shortcut, like Alt+LeftArrow/Alt+RightArrow does in many other apps (like browsers for example, or File Explorer). I think this could be very helpful when working between a bunch of tabs/sessions - I know we have tab groups and other ways to manage them, which are all great. But just a simple forward and back function I think would be useful, at least for my workflow. Not sure if others might find this useful as well but I figured I'd float the idea at least. Would it be possible to add netbird VPN Support? We have a Client that gave us Access via netbird and want to integrate it in RDM.

This allows me to maximize the available screen space for remote sessions. I also don't need the Dashboard, so ideally the Navigation tab should act as my main starting point. The Navigation tab should remain the leftmost tab, with new sessions opening to its right. Ideally, there should be an option to pin the Navigation tab in a fixed position. Desired Workflow My preferred layout is: - Navigation displayed as a tab in the main workspace. - Navigation remains the leftmost tab. - New sessions open to the right of the Navigation tab. - Editing entries does not change the currently active tab. - No Dashboard required. This layout provides significantly more usable screen space while still allowing quick access to the Navigation tree. Request: Please consider allowing the Navigation tab to remain fixed in position and retain focus after editing entries."

Hi there I just found out, that recent versions from Forticlient have a new CLI tool called FortiVPN.exe. From there, you can connect or disconnect IPSec VPN Profiles. Hello everyone, We’re already making extensive use of the dynamic IP list. While the list requires very little maintenance, we’d like to see a few more grouping and sorting options. Example: Grouping is currently limited to the folder structure. We have many devices that are located within the same folder but are on different subnets. It would be ideal if we could still have a view that shows all devices within each subnet. The benefit: This way, we can see which IP addresses are actually in use per subnet and don't have to keep searching for them. Thank you. Best regards, John

Currently, the "Configured permissions" tab on an entry or folder is only visible to users who have the "Edit permissions" right. Users without this right can only see their own effective rights under "My permissions." We would like to request a separate permission e.g. "View permissions" that would let a user or user group view the Configured permissions list. Use case: We want to give certain groups (vault admin groups) visibility into how access is currently configured (for auditing and documentation purposes) without giving them the ability to change any permission settings, which should remain restricted to administrators. Aim here is to give creater visibility to the current permission sets to vault admins directly. This would follow the same pattern already used elsewhere in RDM, where View and Edit are separate, independently assignable rights (e.g. View vs. Edit on entries).

Hello, our infrastructure team has delegated permissions to manage users. In the past it was possible to remove MFA also as a delegated admin. I am VERY sure that this was possible, because I tested it myself and communicated it to my team members. They need to have this permission in case no full admin is available and a user needs to reset his MFA. Hi! Could you make the valid from/to fields in the API key entry just be optional fields, instead of requiring a "valid from" date and the "Expires after" checkbox. I think it would be simpler if you remove the checkbox and let both fields be empty by default [image] Thanks! Daniel

This would be a huge gain of time for me and my team if there was a way to fill-in a "reason" for credentials gathering from CyberArk in each RDP connection object. This way, the double-clic would not end up into this window asking for the reason, but directly end-up in the RDP session in best times. Thanks for considering this!

Add native Passkey (WebAuthn) redirection support within the embedded browser session window (specifically for Edge/Chrome engines). This will allow MSPs and enterprise administrators to leverage the Private Mode (Tenant Isolation) feature while simultaneously adhering to Microsoft’s mandatory phishing-resistant MFA requirements (such as Entra Admin Center passkey logins). Currently, Remote Desktop Manager (RDM) handles multi-tenant isolation beautifully via Private Mode in embedded browser entries. However, as Microsoft aggressively pushes phishing-resistant authentication—making passkeys mandatory for Entra admin center access—administrators hit a wall. When trying to authenticate using a passkey inside an embedded browser tab, the WebAuthn API call fails or is unable to use the added passkey from the DVLS safe. To work around this, we are forced to open sessions in an External Browser . While this fixes authentication, it completely breaks the tenant isolation benefits of Private Mode and clutters the local machine with multiple browser profiles. As an MSP, we need to open lots of Microsoft Admin Centres at the same time.. It is therefore necessary to have a central overview, with each entry opening in the embedded browser. We need the embedded browser component in RDM to natively support integrated passkeys in the DVLS safe. Seamless MFA: When a website inside an embedded tab requests a passkey, RDM should trigger the integrated passkey. Best of Both Worlds: Keep the excellent session isolation provided by Private Mode and allow administrators to log in using modern passkeys securely. Why This Matters Mandatory Microsoft Requirements: Microsoft is steadily rolling out mandatory phishing-resistant MFA for all admin portals. This isn't a "nice-to-have" anymore; it is becoming a hard blocker for daily administration. Crucial for MSPs: Managing dozens of Entra tenants requires strict isolation to prevent accidental cross-tenant data leaks or session bleeding. Productivity: Switching back and forth between embedded and external browsers breaks the unified "single pane of glass" workflow that makes RDM so powerful.

Current behavior When an entry (or a Host template) uses Linked (vault) credentials pointed at a Password List or a folder, the prompt at launch shows every row/entry in that list. There is no way to narrow it per entry. Problem As an MSP I keep one Password List per client with every user's login. When I open a workstation I only ever want two options: that machine's end user and the shared admin account. Instead I get the full list of 20+ rows and have to scroll or type into the search box on every launch. The current workarounds (a sub-list or subfolder per machine, or a separate RDP entry per credential) multiply entries and defeat the point of centralizing the list. Request On any entry whose Credentials are Linked (vault) to a Password List or folder, add an optional "Allowed credentials" selector: a multi-select of the rows/entries in that list. At launch, the prompt shows only the selected rows. If exactly one is selected, connect without prompting. Nice-to-haves - Same selector on Host entries, so host-launched templates with Inherited credentials receive the filtered set. - Allow a shared entry (e.g. the admin account) to be pinned so it always appears first. Benefit One credential list per client, one entry per machine, two clicks to connect as either the user or the admin. No duplicated credentials, no per-machine folders. [image]

In the Dashboard of each site the Logs tab is laid out in columns such as the Date/Time, Message, Logged User, Ticket#, etc. I am able to rearrange the columns for each site, but I have over 200 sites in my Vault. I would really appreciate a way to set a default for all the sites in one place. I am also not sure if the format I set in an individual site will persist when there is an update to RDM.

We are currently evaluating and migrating from Delinea Secret Server Cloud to the Delinea Platform. Through testing, we identified that RDM works correctly for: Native Secret Server users Hybrid users that exist in both Secret Server and Delinea Platform and are properly mapped However, RDM does not work the same way for native Delinea Platform users. For native Platform users, RDM is unable to obtain the Secret Server token required for Secret Server integration. Instead of adding the authentication token, RDM redirects the user to a web page, preventing the same seamless experience available to Secret Server and hybrid users. As organizations migrate fully to the Delinea Platform, an increasing number of users will be created directly in the Platform and will no longer have corresponding Secret Server identities. These users currently cannot leverage the existing Delinea integration in RDM. Requested Enhancement Add native Delinea Platform authentication support to RDM so that users authenticated through the Delinea Platform can: Browse secrets Search secrets Retrieve secrets Authenticate without requiring a Secret Server identity Use Delinea Platform SSO directly within RDM Business Impact Organizations adopting the Delinea Platform are expected to transition away from traditional Secret Server-only identities. Without native Platform support, RDM functionality becomes limited for newly onboarded users and future Platform-first deployments. Supporting Delinea Platform identities directly would ensure that RDM remains fully compatible with Delinea's strategic platform direction and provide a consistent user experience regardless of whether a user is: Secret Server native Hybrid Delinea Platform native Additional Context Testing confirmed that Platform-native users can successfully authenticate to the Delinea Platform, but RDM currently requires access to a Secret Server token that these users do not receive. As a result, the integration behaves differently than it does for Secret Server or hybrid accounts.

Please revert to displaying the previous information in the Windows dialog boxes. Previously, you could identify RDM boxes by their display names. This is no longer possible in newer versions of RDM. [image] [image]
