I don't know if im just not seeing the right location to enable this or if its not a feature yet, but I have all my VMs stored in separate folders and all my users have access to just the folder groups they need. When I use the VMWare dashboard it does not show the folder groups and just lists all the VMs the user has access to in one large list. Is there a way to break this out into the same folder tree form that is shown in VMWare workstation and vCenter? [image]

Hi, when you have many entries that request a Jump Host to connect, RDM focus pointer always on the Jump Host on the navigation pane on the left. This is very annoying, especially when you have to scroll up/down through many entries. It should be better to stay on the selected entry because you can see the Jump Host on the right in the main part. Another annoying behavior is that when the login in the entry fails, for example because it doesn't exist anymore or it is not reachable or the password is wrong, RDM jump into the Jump Host and you have to re-search again to find the entry you need. Please try to improve this annoying behavior.

The ability to export complete vaults, including OTP secrets, would be extremely helpful. This feature is essential, especially when exporting customer vaults, for example, to hand them over to the customer. The export itself doesn't necessarily have to be done via the RDM client; using PowerShell would suffice, in my opinion.

Hello Devolutions Support, I would like to request an enhancement regarding the CyberArk integration in Remote Desktop Manager. Example : - Connection type: RDP entry - Entry settings: Advanced -> CyberArk - “Connect on double click” = Yes - “Preferred component” = PSM-RDP [image] Issue If the CyberArk Dashboard (in RDM) is not connected/logged in, double-clicking the RDP entry triggers a generic Microsoft RDP error message (e.g., “Remote Desktop can’t connect…” / “Remote access to the server is not enabled…”). This message is misleading because the real cause is that RDM is not authenticated/connected to CyberArk, so it cannot properly initiate the PSM-RDP flow. [image] Steps to reproduce 1) Ensure the CyberArk Dashboard in RDM is disconnected (not logged in). 2) On an RDP entry, set Advanced -> CyberArk: - Connect on double click = Yes - Preferred component = PSM-RDP 3) Double-click the entry. Actual result - RDM shows a generic RDP connectivity error (Windows/RDP), which suggests network/RDP configuration issues. Expected result - RDM should detect that the CyberArk Dashboard is not connected and display a clear message such as: “You are not connected to the CyberArk Dashboard. Please connect/login to CyberArk before starting this session.” Attachments - I attached screenshots showing the entry configuration and the misleading error message. Environment - RDM version: [2026.1.14.0 and 2026.1.19.0] - CyberArk integration/plugin version : PVWA 14.2 - CyberArk component: PSM-RDP but same issue with Web connector Could you please confirm if this behavior is expected today, and if an improvement like the above could be considered in a future release? Hello, I’m writing to ask whether the integration of AWS Console sessions with Amazon’s internal authentication system ( AWS SSO ) is currently on the roadmap or already available. In our company, we need to manage multiple AWS tenants. To access them, we typically use AWS SSO, which allows a defined user to assume the corresponding IAM roles associated with each tenant. From what I’ve seen, the current RDM session only supports connecting to a specific tenant using an internal IAM user for that tenant. Will it be possible to manage access to multiple tenants via AWS SSO in the future? Thank you!

I cannot find any scenario where any $SITE_XX$ variables I've tested function. Based on the documentation below, I would expect an Entry/Folder would be able to reference the values of the Site entry associated with the entry under View > Asset > Location: Site entry If this is not the intended use-case for the $SITE_XX$ variables, it would be helpful for an explanation of where they can be used, because I can't think of another purpose for them. Hi, I've just tried out the Netbox sync, which work pretty well but its missing some key features that would make it practical for us. Allow a filter to only add devices that have a management IP assigned to them in Netbox. At the moment its pulling in a ton of junk such as a 24 port patch panel and blanking plates I've put on our rack diagrams (you have to add them as devices) Additional filters for things like Device Types/Model Types It would be handy if we made a custom field in Netbox for 'session_type' and configure this to be rdp/ssh/https etc so RDM automatically pulls the correct session type. Potentially the same for template too. We have a mix of session types we need to provide. At the moment its trying to RDP to all my switches.

Hi there, I use Devolutions RDM personally and also in my company and I love the product, so let me first start by thanking you guys for this product. I've stumbled against the fact that you can't search using the Equivalent URLs field when you have an object of the type of "Webstie", which is kind of weird in my opinion. My use case is that I have devices that are available through an FQDN defined as the main Web URL of the record. But sometimes I need to seach for a specific device by IP and for that specific use-case I wanted to use the Equivalent URL field (to save the URL that contains the IP address of the device + port). I've tried the normal search bar and also looked into the advance search to try to find objects with only conatining the IP within the Equivalent URL field, but both of these don't give me the ability to search for the device using the IP address. The most convenient is to be able to define the equivalent URL and being able to search directly through the search bar for the IP, but advanced search is also fine for me. As a workaround I have the IPs now defined in the Equivalent URLs and also the description field because the description of each website object is searchable. I'm using RDM 2025.3.32.0 at the company and personally I use the latest version on Linux 2026.1.1.1

Hello, There is a feature I recently found , if we go in the properties of an RDP entry under View -> Remote Management, we can configure some settings for a physical server's iDRAC or iLO: [image] This results in a tab being added to the device's dashboard with the name we give which will open the site specified, which is great. However, as you can see, the site has no website toolbar like a normal website entry does (where we can do things like re-fill credentials on-demand, open new tabs, refresh/forward/back, etc.). [image] Also, as you can see in the first screenshot above, it doesn't have quite the full amount of settings that an actual website entry has. It actually reminds me of the similar "iDRAC (web)" entry type (as far as which options it has, and the fact it has no toolbar), which although it works, I asked a similar question about that type recently and was recommended to use the website entry instead , since it has more functionality (which, as I replied there, has worked well for me). So with that in mind, I'm wondering if there's some way we could make the above feature (adding a custom tab in the entry's dashboard for iDRAC/iLO) be able to utilize the full functionality of a website entry? For example, rather than having the few settings manually defined in the View -> Remote Management settings like they are currently, if we could instead perhaps just set the tab title and then have an option to link that tab to an existing website template - so we could define all necessary settings in the template, and the custom tab would just use those - I think that would work well. To take it a step further, adding the ability to add multiple custom tabs (and thus link multiple custom templates, perhaps even of different types) to a single RDP entry would be really cool. Because then for example we could have one custom tab that would open the server's iDRAC website, and another that would open the server's iDRAC console, etc. If these custom tabs could support at least "website", iDRAC console and iLO console types that would be awesome. Even better would be if we had the option to open/focus those dashboard subtabs from the entry's right-click menu (in the navigation tree) somehow as well. Edit - But since we can open the iDRAC or iLO console from the website, just having the ability to link custom website templates at first would be a big help. The ability to add additional tabs for direct access to iDRAC or iLO console would be cool but not as important I think, at least for me. Currently I think I would just use subentries as a workaround to achieve this but having the ability to have all that integrated into the dashboard for a single entry (without that entry needing to have more entries below it in the tree which I think sometimes confuses people) would be really useful, I think. Hi, Could you allow script session to run trough Devolutions Gateway please? It could be useful to run a script on a specified host that is only accessible from the said Gateway. I have a specific use case to demonstrate what I need: We want to allow some less technical user (from our support) to run a script (stored in RDM/DVLS) to a host without being admin of the target. Actually there is no possibility to configure script session to run trough Gateway, only remote PowerShell session can. But that doesn't fit my need since I have to allow the user that run the session to be admin of the target without being able to restrict it to launch a defined script. Thanks

Hello It's 2026 and we have databases which can handle millions of entries with no problem. In RDM when we have 4000 entries, we get messages, that the vault has a large number of entries and the performance is impacted. Is that something that could be enhanced in a next version, instead of bringing many new features. ;-) We think 4000 entries, are not to many today.

Hello, I have a small request regarding the Restore sessions feature. Whenever we launch RDM, it displays a window called "Do you want to restore the last opened sessions?" with all the tabs which were open before closing RDM, and we can select which one to keep and open, which is great. Would it be possible to add the 2 following options in this window and/or in main Settings ? 1/ restore the last tabs with their last status (if a tab was open but disconnected, restore the tab without connecting the session. And if a tab was connected, then connect it again after retore) 2/ restore all tabs but don't reconnect any. And would it be possible to add a column with the last status in the retore Session window ? (connected/disconnected) For instance, if a RDP or a SSH session was disconnected on a server when I closed RDM (for an update or whatever), then why would RDM try to connect it ? I added some software entries and, under Software License, I wanted to add contacts. Actually, I can only add one contact at a time, not multiple contacts using the Shift or Ctrl key for the entire folder. It would be nice if I could select more than one. [image]

Our most active external customer requires that we use the Juniper VPN ( Juniper Secure Connect | Junos OS | Juniper Networks ) to establish a remote connection with them. Would be good if this was supported natively.

Here is one area maybe you can make this product better: We could have macro button on terminal, but it has text context after each button, it takes quite some space, is possible change to only show button, the text will fly out when user click on it. It will save space and make GUI more clean and simple. Hello, I have a powershell script that will read an Excel workbook and then outputs a JSON with all the appropriate connections i need (SSH, Web, Credentials, Folders, etc) for importing into RDM. It works great. In my use case each JSON document is a SQLlite database 1:1. Each database is a customer's worth of servers/credentials/etc. I would like to add importing of document variables. This could change between JSON imports/customers. So it has to be document based, not application based. I have it working manually--I have $<VARIABLENAME>$ in the connection string and it imports fine. I then manually create the variable and it works. But I cant figure out how to import a variable. I've tried to reverse engineer it and export the document with the variable to JSON, but it doesnt seem to export either. Am i missing something or is this not possible? FYI: I'm importing on both Mac and Windows, but the variable is mostly for use on Mac. I am using IPv6LL addresses and on Mac it requires appending the "%enX" number for for your ethernet adapter. (Windows seems to manage with just the IPv6LL address). The enX changes depending on which USB adapter i use. Sometimes it's en8, en10, en14, etc. So a variable with this would be great. (i'm not sure if MacOS permanently assigns the same enX to USB adapter everytime you use it) The connection string i create in the JSON is like this: fe80::1234:56ff:fe78:9ABC%en10 I would like to create fe80::1234:56ff:fe78:9ABC$INTERFACENAME$ And then import a variable $INTERFACENAME$ as "%enX" as part of the JSON. Then i can change it in one place across the whole document. Thank you!

Hi, Could you implement passphrases in the Password Generator tool? For some type of entries we need a strong password that we can type and the actual one is convenient to create super strong password but it's a pain to type them. A passphrase is random words generated, here is some example: Bitwarden and Use a Passphrase . For a good generator we should be able to set: Amount of words The character separator (space or dash at least) Capitalize the first letter of all words or a random one Including one or more numbers Here is a usecase to demonstrate the benefit Connecting to an ESXi host trough iDRAC console: 1) The engineer that installed the ESXi set a strong password like this while he have access trought web interface: !0?ZiuWCE#/HWM@N#QMrt%p`:I7LVw9: 2) Later some crash happened, a new tech have to connect trough iDRAC in a hurry, spend 10 minutes or 15 trying to connect again and again till it success 3) The tech modify the password by something bad like Hello22! that is super easy to hack and decrease the global security ... This could have been prevented if the initial password was something like Cameo-Cultivate-Enjoyably-Opposing9 . Would be nice to have a way to sort the ip host list without any subfolders group. I use the dynamic search in conjuntion with the tag name search and i love it. If i try to order the results by Ip Address i cannot have a list ordered from first to last ip, i can get only partial lists for each folder where the tag name occurr. The goal would be to have a single list directly into RDM avoiding the manipulation in an external software like Excel. Thanks a lot.
