Hi! I think it would be useful to have an option to dock the Vault list and have it always visible in the Navigation. I made this mockup to show what I imagine: [image] I also moved the User Vault into the list with the other Vaults, because I think that makes more sense too :) Thank you!

[image] Hi, I find very useful the behavior in Putty related to setting "Reset scrollback on keypress". Let's make an example. I scroll back an ssh session text watching at older rows (the upper side of the whole session text). with "reset scrollback on display activity" any new message from the device resets the scrollback and I lose the focus - a behavior which everybody I know really hates With the setting "Reset scrollback on keypress" enabled I just hit any key on my keyboard and the session window jumps to current line without having to scroll using scroll-bar or mouse-wheel. Can you deploy this kind of feature on RDM sessions?

Hi, Team Thank you to create such good production. Here is one area maybe you can make this product better: We could have macro button on terminal, but it has text context after each button, it takes quite some space, is possible change to only show button, the text will fly out when user click on it. It will save space and make GUI more clean and simple. Hello, I created a folder and a subfolder, and then added the top‑level folder to the Favorites (Screen_01). Into Favorites window the second‑level folder is not displayed (Screen_02). All hosts and their respective parent folders are correctly displayed on the right panel. Is there a way to have the subfolders contained within the main folders displayed in Favorites, similarly to the behavior of the Default Connection ? Thank you [image] [image]

Hi, was in touch with support who recommended I post here as a feature request. I am unable to set the "Ask for confirmation to connect" selection for a folder or session once Devolutions Gateway is selected. The option is available through the web on Devolutions Hub Business. In addition, once the setting is applied in Hub Business, it doesn't appear to be reflected on RDM once closed / re-opened or a sync is performed. This option is useful as using Devolutions Gateway automatically results in ngrok paid usage which is unnecessary when connecting to sessions internally. Hello, currently the Delinea Secret Server entry supports two Resolving modes: Injection -> never proxy Connection through proxy -> force proxy and fail on all connections using a delinea secret that are not RDP or SSH But we would like to be able to use our Secret Server for all entry types, like Websites and SFTP,... and use the proxy only for those supported. My request would be an additional Resolving mode: Connection through proxy if available -> use proxy on all connection types that support it, use injection otherwise Thanks in advance! David

Hi, I've just tried out the Netbox sync, which work pretty well but its missing some key features that would make it practical for us. Allow a filter to only add devices that have a management IP assigned to them in Netbox. At the moment its pulling in a ton of junk such as a 24 port patch panel and blanking plates I've put on our rack diagrams (you have to add them as devices) Additional filters for things like Device Types/Model Types It would be handy if we made a custom field in Netbox for 'session_type' and configure this to be rdp/ssh/https etc so RDM automatically pulls the correct session type. Potentially the same for template too. We have a mix of session types we need to provide. At the moment its trying to RDP to all my switches.

Hello Devolutions Team, with the recent update, the new GPO option to enforce a logoff when closing an RDP session via the “X” button is a very useful security feature. However, we have a requirement where this behavior should not apply to all connections. Specifically, we maintain a small number of service accounts that must remain logged in at all times and should not be logged off when the RDP window is closed. Therefore, we would like to request the ability to override this GPO setting on a per-connection basis (e.g., within the RDP session configuration in RDM). Ideally, this would allow administrators to disable the forced logoff behavior for specific entries while keeping it enforced globally. This would provide greater flexibility and help accommodate special use cases without compromising the overall security posture. Thank you for considering this request. Best regards

Hello It's 2026 and we have databases which can handle millions of entries with no problem. In RDM when we have 4000 entries, we get messages, that the vault has a large number of entries and the performance is impacted. Is that something that could be enhanced in a next version, instead of bringing many new features. ;-) We think 4000 entries, are not to many today.

Hi, when using the option extract credentials the pattern for labeling are very limited it would be nice to have an option for custom pattern which can be set by myself or at least an added option for name pattern "entry name - user" right now i can only choose from "password list name - user". sometimes ther is no user, the entry name makes it unique/easy to figure out the purpose

Hi, our company is using RDM 2025.3.20. I'd like to have custom permissions on password entries within a password list. The available permissions are only suitable for the password list object, but not for the stored entries. i'd like to protect the entries from (accidential) deletion.

Hi Would it be possible to extend the functionality when using a fixed terminal size on a SSH connection. So that you have a option to not show lines outside the fixed size ? I can "simulate" it by setting "Max scrollback lines" to 0, but i would like the be able to scrollback. But just not have our apllication "jump around" visually. I have attached 2 video showing what i mean. For both cases i have this configured for the display on the SSH host [image] For RDM-fixed-size-ssh.mp4 i "Max scrollback lines" set to 2000 For RDM-fixed-size-ssh-without-scrollback.mp4 i "Max scrollback lines" set to 0 I would love if when using fixed size i had a option to have the display just stay in the topleft or have it dynamically change the fontsize like putty does it when configured for it. I have recorded putty-fixed-size.mp4 to show what i mean for how putty does it. Using putty inside RDM it works, but i would like to move to use the native SSH client instead.

Hello, I would like to request support for displaying and using OTP / 2FA codes from Hudu entries inside Remote Desktop Manager. Current behavior: The integration between Hudu and Remote Desktop Manager works for usernames and passwords without any issues. Credentials stored in Hudu are correctly shown and can be used in RDM. However, if an entry in Hudu has a One-Time Password (OTP / TOTP / 2FA) configured, the generated code is not visible in Remote Desktop Manager. Only username and password are available. Use case: Many of our customer credentials in Hudu also contain OTP secrets. When connecting through RDM, we still have to open Hudu separately to read the 2FA code, which reduces the benefit of the integration. Requested feature: Please add support for reading and displaying OTP / 2FA / TOTP codes from Hudu entries inside Remote Desktop Manager, similar to how passwords are currently handled. Optional improvements: Show OTP code in credential view Allow copy / auto-fill of OTP Refresh OTP automatically Support TOTP standard used by Hudu This would greatly improve the Hudu integration for environments where MFA is required. Feature request from a user Hello, One of our users has requested the ability to enforce a policy requiring additional encryption for the local cache of users with offline access, using authentication methods such as Windows Hello. Here are the user's original comments: I saw in the Devolutions Academy and in the general documentation that you can set a password for Offline Security. Unfortunately, I could not find what the enforced policy is for the password. It would be great if a certain policy can be enforced and even better if one could require a user with the privilege of Offline Mode that a form of authentication can be used (for example Windows Hello). The goal I was trying to achieve is to enforce as a company policy to the users that have offline access that their local cache has additional encryption via the authentication. Hello Devolutions Team, I would like to submit a feature request regarding the usage of LAPS entries in Remote Desktop Manager. Currently, when configuring a LAPS entry, the username must be defined explicitly. Based on feedback from your development team, it is not possible to link a credential entry to another credential entry, which limits flexibility in certain scenarios. It would be very helpful if LAPS entries could support dynamic credential resolution, similar to the "Find by Name (User Vault)" option available in other entry types. This would allow administrators to avoid hardcoding usernames and instead reference centrally managed credential entries. Use case: In our environment, we aim to standardize credential management and avoid duplication. With the current limitation, we are required to maintain static usernames within LAPS entries, which reduces maintainability and increases administrative overhead. Suggested improvement: Introduce an option in LAPS entries to: Select credentials dynamically via "Find by Name (User Vault)", or Reference an existing credential entry This would align LAPS entries with other credential handling mechanisms in RDM and significantly improve flexibility and consistency. I have a feature request regarding the "warn if already connected" prompt. The Scenario: We have two RDP items in our manager—let's call them "Big" and "Small". Both go to the exact same machine and log in as the exact same user. The only difference is the display setting: "Small" has a manually set resolution, and "Big" adapts to the user's screen. The Issue: We rely on the active user warning to make sure people wait their turn to use this machine. But, if someone is connected to "Big", and a second person clicks "Small", RDM doesn't warn the second person. They connect, the first person gets booted off, and frustration ensues. The Request: Is there a way to group or link distinct entries together so they share the same active connection status? We'd love it if RDM knew that "Big" and "Small" are the same box, so the "This machine is already in use" prompt fires regardless of which version of the entry is clicked.

Hello, I have noticed a strange behavior, which doesn't seem normal, and is not user friendly. In the following panel, which I have set to auto-hide, whenever I click on one of the "Close" icon on the right, the whole panel disappears, which makes it more difficult to close another tab right away. I then need to move the mouse again to "Tab list" on the left to get the panel back and then I can close another one. [image] In my experience, having used side panels in other apps, it shouldn't disappear unless the mouse either move away from the panel, or if a click happens outside the panel. But clicking anywhere in the panel, shouldn't make it disappear. Is it something you can fix/enhance ? This would be great and more consistent. Thank you

The built-in SFTP for SSH sessions is useful. However, there is no way to distinguish between binary and text files. In particular, I really miss the automatic conversion of line breaks when transferring text files between Unix and Windows (take a look at WinSCP ;-)

If someone tries to copy data from their local machine to the SSH host using drag and drop, no error message appears if the permissions do not allow it. A message would be helpful in this case.

It is somehow possible to enable option to rewrite only username in case of linked vault directly on RDP entry or via user specific option, because now it is not possible or it is possible via user specific settings but rewrite both username and password. We need to keep pwd from keeper security and rewrite only username due to specific username string in Wallix Bastion PAM solution.
