Main settings has "yes" for Preserve timestamps when downloading/uploading, but it does not when using SFTP in the side-pane SFTP of an SSH session. I confirmed this for a new SSH entry created after having the SFTP preserver timestamp enabled (even though I would expect it to have worked regardless as an overall toggle). I do not see an option in the SSH config (even under SFTP) to toggle preserve timestamps there).

if my credential is stored in a VAULT_A and the credential is referenced in VAULT_A and in VAULT_B too, Launching report reference, it work only on the VAULT where the credential entry is stored. I think you should ask me which vaults to look for references on, since the credential can be used on different vaults. Kind Regards Aldo

Almost all my rdp sessions use inherited credentials from the folder above and those credentials are linked to Secret Server accounts. Works fine. Recently during some testing, I used my "personal credentials" from a folder. To my surprise, my userid and password (hidden) were added to the session overview screen. Sugesting to me that I added a user/password in my sessions properties. Which was not the case. Other users of my vault do not see my credentials, but their own credentials. I do not see this with any other account than my "personal credentials". Please remove it from the session overview if it is not direct added into the session-properties. Just only show Credentials "inherited"

Can you implement the possibility to change the color layout of for example html/email links in dark mode to another color? A lot of colleagues work in Dark Mode and complain that the Dark blue color of the link is not visible on the black background [image]

Hello, I’ve just noticed that the Parallels add-on has been removed starting from RDM 2026.2.5.0 , and it’s no longer available in recent versions (currently running 2026.2.7.0). In our setup, some connections relied on this integration, and since the update: the add-on is gone existing connections are no longer working Support confirmed that the only option for now is to roll back to 2026.1.x , but that’s obviously not a viable long-term solution. 👉 So I’m wondering: Has anyone found a clean alternative to manage Parallels connections? Is there a recommended new approach in RDM for this type of use case? Are there any plans to reintroduce or replace this functionality? Thanks in advance for your feedback 👍

I have created multiple .db files ( out of necessity ) and currently click on the drop down and switch to the .db file I need to use. I often switch throughout the day, what I am asking for is a way to search globally across all opened .db files to open a session. Example: App1.db is my currently focused .db and instead of switching to App3.db to run Session9, I would click on the search while still in App1.db and it would find Session9 and allow me to click on it to launch it. App1.db Session1 Session2 Session3 App2.db Session4 Session5 Session6 App3.db Session7 Session8 Session9

The entry type "Host" which is for Netop Host was removed as part of 2026.2 release. I kindly request this functionality be added back in as we do use these and have hundreds of entries in our vault. Unfortunately the way these were removed all of the entry values are inaccessible without rolling back to 2026.1.24 I'm told.

Hey everyone, Hope you're all doing great with RDM! I wanted to bring up a thought about the automatic backup feature. It's a lifesaver for quickly rolling back changes and it works really well – truly simple to use. However, for those of us who juggle multiple workspaces and update them often (and I know many of you do!), the volume of these automatic backups can become quite substantial. We're talking several backups per day per workspace, and over time, that can easily accumulate to tens of gigabytes of data for a couple years. This got me thinking: What if we could have more control over this? My suggestion is to add a setting that allows us to limit the number of automatic backups retained per workspace. Since each workspace has its own rhythm, this would let us customize how many backups RDM keeps for each one. This small enhancement would give us better control over our storage space, making our favorite tool even more efficient, while still keeping all the great protection that automatic backups offer. It will be nice to search in the gateway list when selecting a devolutions gateway on a entry we have 90 gateways so its a lot to look in to find the right gateway, So a dorpdown with search options will be nice to have. [image]

Since the latest release, TOTP values are no longer revealed when clicking 'Show Password'. For situations where manual typing is necessary (e.g., when the clipboard or copy/paste fails), it would be much easier if the TOTP were displayed in cleartext by default, similar to the password. Alternatively, adding a checkbox or toggle to enable cleartext display by default would be very helpful. [image]

In the RDM latest version , the display of the "More Custom Fields" section is not visually optimal. The available space is very limited, making data entry difficult. For example, some fields cannot be resized, which makes it difficult to enter longer text without using workarounds. I have tried every possible display configuration, including my workstation's screen resolution and Devolutions' own display settings. The issue is that Devolutions has removed the ability to resize custom fields. As a result, it's no longer possible to properly enter longer text into those fields. You can only type directly into them, and once you reach a certain number of characters, you can no longer continue without using workarounds.

I have many Sessions to Websites in RDM for Admin consoles etc. When i right click a link and choose to Open in link in new window it automatically switches to that new window. This is different behavior that when i do this directly in Chrome. I cant seem to find a setting to change this. What i need to do is go through and open several new windows and then start working. Right now i have to: Right Click > Open link in new window Then go back to the first window and do the next one. Kind of a pain.

Hello, I would like to suggest a new feature for the VMware Synchronizer. Currently, it is not possible to sync the "Notes" field. Please add an option to the VMware Synchronizer to synchronize the vCenter "Notes" field directly into the "Description" field of the Entry. In our environment, we use the Notes field to document a specific purpose and role of a VM (e.g., which application it runs or what its function is within our infrastructure). [image]

The current Remote Monitoring option under an SSH entry's Terminal > Advanced settings are quite limited compared to similar features in other terminal tools (e.g. MobaXTerm's status bar). It would be great to see the monitoring bar expanded to include: OS / hostname CPU % (ideally with a small live graph, not just a number) Memory: available / total Network: upload and download throughput System uptime Logged-in username Disk/partition usage % per mount point This would make RDM's SSH sessions much more useful for day-to-day sysadmin work, where at-a-glance system health is a big part of the value of having a terminal open. It would be great to globally search for entries with a certain host IP-Adress. It is already possible to search for a specific URL (e.g. picture). That way you could easily see if there are already entries within the same IP range. [image] Would also work if it would be available in the extended search window. [image]

Hi, I love the Entra ID dashboard and would love to use it to access our customers tenants. We have access to our customers tenants through GDAP and it would be fantastic if we could create users, groups and assign licenses through the Entra ID dashboard. We access all customers with the same user (like user@contoso.com) and that user has access to several tenants. So we would need some option to select or type in the specific tenant ID we would like to manage. This would be a great feature for us! [image]

It is just something small, but in the SFTP view, where you have an upper pane showing the target folder structure and a lower pane with the local systems folder structure, if you refresh the upper pane, it keeps the folder that was currently opened, but the lower pane will close everything and open the first default one. Would be nice if it could remember the current view like the upper pane does.

Hello, I am using Passworstate as passwords vault and there are two annoying "issues" in the selecting password window: I can not know what server I selecting password for If there are multiple password for same server, I can not know what I am selecting 1 Starting from this window [image] I for example I have to reopen several sessions after a restart, I can not see what server the password I am selecting is related to. It might me very useful to put in this windows the name of the session is related to. 2 If I have to select a password from a server that has more than one password saved, I can not see what username I am selecting [image] so place username together to the name of the password might be the definitive solution. Hello my fellow RDM Users and Adminstrators :) I came across the AI Assistent integration with some problems. It is quite not flexible at all when it comes to Local LLM Hosting. And by that i dont mean a localhost Ollama. I mean bigger appliances for companies. We are hosting an Ollama behind a OpenwebUI that uses API Tokens but they cant be used in the "Ollama" configuration context. When i try to bind it via the OpenAI config context there are enforced models, so i also cant use them here. It would be great to get an universal useable configuration context for more complex Local AI Hosting systems. Thank you in advance

Here is one area maybe you can make this product better: We could have macro button on terminal, but it has text context after each button, it takes quite some space, is possible change to only show button, the text will fly out when user click on it. It will save space and make GUI more clean and simple. Feature request from a user Hello, One of our users has requested the ability to enforce a policy requiring additional encryption for the local cache of users with offline access, using authentication methods such as Windows Hello. Here are the user's original comments: I saw in the Devolutions Academy and in the general documentation that you can set a password for Offline Security. Unfortunately, I could not find what the enforced policy is for the password. It would be great if a certain policy can be enforced and even better if one could require a user with the privilege of Offline Mode that a form of authentication can be used (for example Windows Hello). The goal I was trying to achieve is to enforce as a company policy to the users that have offline access that their local cache has additional encryption via the authentication. Currently, the vmware synchronizer has three connection types: default, vmware remote console, rdp. We connect to all of our linux servers using SSH. This means any linux server that syncs using vmware synchronizer needs to be updated afterwards to use the correct connection type.

I attempted to use the new Proxmox console (preview) but ran into an issue due to the support under ticket only being PAM and PVE. Would it be possible to support using an OpenID method for Realms. We currently have our Proxmox deployment using OpenID to use SSO and MFA into the boxes and wondered if this would be available in the future as an option.

Hello, I would like to request support for displaying and using OTP / 2FA codes from Hudu entries inside Remote Desktop Manager. Current behavior: The integration between Hudu and Remote Desktop Manager works for usernames and passwords without any issues. Credentials stored in Hudu are correctly shown and can be used in RDM. However, if an entry in Hudu has a One-Time Password (OTP / TOTP / 2FA) configured, the generated code is not visible in Remote Desktop Manager. Only username and password are available. Use case: Many of our customer credentials in Hudu also contain OTP secrets. When connecting through RDM, we still have to open Hudu separately to read the 2FA code, which reduces the benefit of the integration. Requested feature: Please add support for reading and displaying OTP / 2FA / TOTP codes from Hudu entries inside Remote Desktop Manager, similar to how passwords are currently handled. Optional improvements: Show OTP code in credential view Allow copy / auto-fill of OTP Refresh OTP automatically Support TOTP standard used by Hudu This would greatly improve the Hudu integration for environments where MFA is required.
