Automated HTML Export of Passwords

Hello,
We are currently managing our passwords using Devolutions Server. We would like to export an HTML file to another location as a backup in case our environment needs to be shut down, so that we still have access to our passwords.
It would be very helpful if we could schedule a task to automatically export the passwords to an encrypted HTML file, protected with a specific password, and save it to a designated folder — similar to how the Backup Manager works.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Best regards,
Matthis

Hello Matthis,

Are you currently leveraging the offline mode feature? The main use case for the offline mode is when you're in a situation where your workspace is not reachable, whether it's due to your own machine not being able to access the workspace, or the workspace itself being unreachable/unavailable. It should allow users to keep working with RDM and that workspace, provided the offline mode settings have been properly configured (allowed on the workspace, and allowed on that specific user). One thing to note is that high security vaults are not available in offline mode.
You can read more about offline mode here: https://docs.devolutions.net/rdm/getting-started/workspaces/offline-mode

Let me know if this works for you, and if not, why that is. We'll readjust from there.

Regards,
