User is not displayed in a Group in Hub Business

Hello, I have a user who is not displayed in a group in Hub Business, even though they are a member of the security group in Azure AD. However, the permissions are not working because the Hub does not recognize them. I have already added the user again. Do you have any advice for me? Thank you.

Gateway integrated with NGrok not detected as offline with Hub

Hello, When a Gateway is integrated with nGrok, and the machine is shutdown, the gateway still shows as online in the Hub Administrative portal, subsequently connection launches are still routed to it and eventually fail/timeout. The test connection button seems to detect the gateway is offline, but the gateway remains green in the list. Please let me know if you would like any additional info. Thanks Joe

Open connection button greyed out in Web UI

Hello, The open connection button is completely greyed out for any connection in the WebUI. There is a gateway farm configured, and all users and vaults have been assigned. Connections launch fine via the gateway with RDM, but the button in the WebUI is greyed out. The hub account has less than 5 users, which I think means there is no licensing requirement in order to use gateway functionality. Have tried configuring the gateway settings explicitly on the entry as well as using inheritance, but that did not fix it. Not sure how to troubleshoot further? Thanks Joe [image]

No PAM Service connected for this hub error when launching connection via gateway farm

Hello, Using RDM 2025.2.27 with Hub business data source and no PAM license or configuration. When an RDP connection is configured to launch via a gateway farm it fails with the error below. If I remove the gateway server from the farm, and reconfigure the RDP connection to connect via same gateway instance (no longer a farm member) it then works fine. Gateway is running latest version. Gateway farm connections not working

Hello, Connections in a Hub Data source configured to launch via a Devolutions gateway farm are not working, both via RDM (2025.1.38) or the Hub web UI. If the respective gateway server is removed from the farm, and the connection reconfigured to launch via it (instead of when it is a gateway member), then the connection works fine. Have tested with 2 different gateways, one that uses ngrok, and the other which is directly accessible and uses a legit wildcard cert. Please let me know if you would like any additional info. Problem adding new entry with password or updating password of existing entry

I'm having trouble creating a new entry with a password, or even updating the password of an old entry in the Devolutions Hub. No error is displayed on the screen, and although the "Add" or "Update" buttons are enabled, they do nothing. If I remove the password from the entry, I can save or update without any problems. I'm on version: 2025.1.1.3197 Using the Devtools on the page I can see the error below: [image]

Hub Current Outage

Hello. Tuesday May 4th, 07:26az AZ Time (-7), there seems to be an outage with Hub. The Devolutions Login page to log in to Personal Hub just keeps spinning and spinning until it gives a Cloudflare Timeout, or just the standard background: [image] This happens in Edge, Chrome, FireFox, and Opera. Also with Workspace, it does not want to take the Master Key that is valid. It continuously says the key is invalid, but it worked Saturday when I logged in to it. Wanted to make you folks aware of the issue.

Copying OTP from the 'Password list' entry doesn't work

Hello, I have created a 'Password list' entry using the desktop app, then added a password with OTP to the list. As a result, it does not work correctly on the mobile (Devolutions Hub Personal), I can see the entry but cannot copy this OTP password. On the desktop app this setup works fine. Script to reproduce: 1. Configuration on the desktop app: Folder > Create password list > Add password to list (with OTP) 2. Go to the mobile application and try to copy the OTP.

Wrong subentry hierarchy when using ‘Password list’ in another ‘Password list’ entry (3 levels)

Hello, I have the following setup on desktop app: Folder > Password List > Password List Go to mobile (Devolutions Hub Personal) and create another sub-entry for this configuration above, 3 levels (*): Folder > Password List > Password List > Username / Password As a result, it will look correct on mobile (Devolutions Hub Personal), but on the desktop app (RDM) this sub-entry 'Username / Password' will be moved to the level above. *Note: It is not possible to create another sub-entry in the desktop app for this configuration.

SCIM provisioned users disapearing and/or group membership not updated

Hello, With a Hub business account configured with EntraID SSO, SCIM, and Encryption service, we are seeing autoprovisioned users disapearing in Hub and/or their group membership not updating on the Hub side. On the Entra side, the provisioning logs show failures saying 'failed to update user', and on the Hub side seeing 'user disabled by organization syncronizer'. The issue seems to occur for SSO users who have not been sent an invitation email, which shouldnt be necessary with the Encryption service in place. Also appears to happen if a user is created in Hub initially, and then updated/matched via the SCIM syncronizer. Are you able to check any logs on the Hub side to see what is going on? Unable to set application password in Launcher

Hello, When a Hub Business instance is configured to ' Force application password on RDM', users using Launcher are unable to access the datasource, because Launcher does not have anywhere to set the application password. Ideally, there would be seperate options for forcing application passwords for RDM vs Launcher. In some cases, an application password is less relevant when using Launcher, as the respective users typlically have restricted access to connections within a datasource. Web client button not available in Hub when gateway setting configured using RDM

Hello, Using RDM 2024.3.13 with Hub Business. When we enabling an RDP entry to use a Devolutions Gateway, if the change is made using RDM, the web client connection in Hub browser based UI is greyed out and says 'gateway not available to user', however if editing the same entry using Web UI to 'update' to the identical settings, results in the web client button being enabled. Doesn't appear to be a gateway licence or user assignment issue, because works fine once enabled using Web UI. Please let me know if you would like any additional info. Thanks Jeff

Unable to assign entry level permission to user without user explicitly granted access to vault (as opposed to vault access via group)

Hello, When creating a vault in Hub, and assigning 'Restricted' permission to a group at the vault level, non administrative users who are members of said group are not listed for assigning permissions to individual entries. If however a user is explicitly granted restricted permission at the vault level, the same user can then be assigned permission to individual entries. Is it not possible to assign group targeted permissions at the vault level, while also being able to do per user targeting at the entry level? Thanks Joe

Constant Reauthentications needed for Devolutions Hub Business AddOn

We have been using Devultions Hubs Business AddOn in multiple browsers for a good year or so now and had no problems at all. But as of about a week ago, we are now finding that it is always coming up with "Disconnected - Unable to refresh the current token or get a new one" and logged out whenever we expect credentials to be populated. After authenticating it works fine again and adds credentials as you would expect, but in no time at all, it is logged out again. I do not believe we have changed anything to cause this, but wanted to know if others are also experiencing this issue as well. Thanks

Hi, We have some colleagues that often copy entries instead of making new ones. The only thing they find a bit strange is that the "created by" is copied as well. Since a person copied it, he is essentially making a new entry, so the "created by" should be the person who copied the entry. Is this something that could be possible in the future?

Authenticator Push and codes don't work together

If I setup 2-step verification push notification, it works. I get the notification and I can accept it and login. BUT, if I swipe away the approve/decline popup on my phone and then on the webpage choose to authenticate another method such as enter 6 digit code instead, then it does not work. The only way I have both working is to add them separately. 1) Add 2-step for code only on authenticator app (Devolutions, or Authy or other) 2) Go back to 2-step setting and choose Upgrade to push What I end up with in my Authenticator app is one entry that works with 6-digit code and another that works with push notification. This work around works OK as long as I rename my entries in the authenticator app so I know which is which e.g. Devolutions Push and Devolutions Code. This has to be a bug.....

Permissions mal initialisées après une recherche

Bonjour à l'équipe! Petit bug à ajuster svp. Lors d'une recherche, j'obtiens la fiche recherchée. Bien que j'ai les autorisations nécessaires: je ne peux modifier, consulter le mot de passe, etc. Tout est grisé et inaccessible. Je peux contourner le problème en cliquant simplement sur la fiche à gauche et alors les permissions se rafraîchissent correctement. Petit vidéo à l'appui. Merci et bonne journée!

Bug de la recherche d'utilisateurs

Bon matin, Peu importe si je suis dans la sécurité d'un coffre ou bien d'une fiche, lorsque vient le temps de saisir les premiers caractères de l'employé recherché la recherche ne fonctionne pas et j'ai un sablier qui tourne en rond. Je dois défiler manuellement dans la liste pour sélectionner cet employé. Petit vidéo en pièce jointe. PHB v2022.3.9.9 sous Chrome. Merci!

Bug d'affichage des tooltips dans les "System Permissions"

Bonjour Équipe Devolutions, Suite à l'intégration Azure AD, je consulte les "system permissions" et constate que le tooltip d'un groupe Azure AD n'affiche que "Sync" et non le nom complet du groupe Azure AD. [image] Cependant, le comportement est adéquat (2e capture) lorsque je passe la souris sur l'icône "+" dans les situations où il y a trop d'éléments à afficher. Mauvais tri sur listbox des utilisateurs

Bon lundi matin à l'équipe Devolutions! J'ai constaté une erreur de tri quand j'essaie d'affecter des utilisateurs à des rôles de coffres. La liste déroulante (listbox) est triée en ordre alphabétique mais "case sensitive" donc A-Z suivi de a-z. J'avais un employé débutant par un "b" minuscule et je ne le voyais pas en début de liste; il était après "Z"... :-) La recherche le trouve tout de même mais c'est inhabituel de trier ainsi. Il faudra possiblement s'assurer du "case sensitive" dans l'ensemble de PHB au cas où. Désolé de vous donner de l'ouvrage! ;-) Merci d'avance et bonne semaine!

Arborescence de recherche dans un coffre

Bon matin à toute l'équipe, Dans l'arborescence d'un coffre, il peut y avoir plusieurs dossiers et sous-dossiers. Cette liste permet d'être accessible via les flèche du clavier. On peut descendre, monter, exploser une branche avec la flèche droite ou la refermer avec la flèche gauche. Le hic c'est que l'entrée sélectionnée n'est pas surlignée. C'est fonctionnel mais invisible. Merci de pouvoir rendre visuelle l'entrée actuellement active. Merci!
