Open connection button greyed out in Web UI
Hello,
The open connection button is completely greyed out for any connection in the WebUI. There is a gateway farm configured, and all users and vaults have been assigned. Connections launch fine via the gateway with RDM, but the button in the WebUI is greyed out. The hub account has less than 5 users, which I think means there is no licensing requirement in order to use gateway functionality. Have tried configuring the gateway settings explicitly on the entry as well as using inheritance, but that did not fix it.
Not sure how to troubleshoot further?

Hi Samuel,
As I mentioned, there are fewer than 5 users. Is gateway entitlement not free at that qty as per https://blog.devolutions.net/2024/08/spotlight-on-web-based-rdp-ard-ssh-in-devolutions-server-and-hub/ ? There are no gateway licences listed to assign, just Rdm and Hub which have allready been assigned to each user.

I see, previously there was a Devolutions Gateway (Free) license for 5 users present under "Administration" -> "Licenses", but upon looking into this, it seems that is no longer the case with our new licensing model.
