Bug Report

Hi Team, when attempting to launch a session in iOS 26.1.0.22 it states briefly “Loading Attachments” and ultimately nothing happens. The only way to launch a session is click the 3 dots and then hit “Open”. I’m using Devolutions Server 2025.3. Unfortunately, I cannot downgrade my iOS app version due to Apple’s policies. I cannot upgrade Devolutions Server to 2026 just yet due to likely everyone using Windows RDM 2025.3 getting a license error after the fact. Since we’re in a corporate environment, in order to upgrade everyone, this can take weeks/months while we go through a strict review process. Thanks! Jimmy

Hi Team, When having multiple sessions open, using the expand option (bottom right) works typically well with the dynamic resize. However, then selecting another session will result in a more 4:3 style look with black bars on the sides. If you go out of expand and then select that other session, re-expand, both sessions will likely be fine with dynamic refresh. Thanks, Jimmy

Hi Team, since the upgrade to iOS 2025.1.0.0, the “Autofill login” function is not working any longer on webpages. It was working perfectly on iOS prior to this update. The browser briefly flashes like it attempts but the credentials are not carried over from my User Vault.

Hi Team, on at least 2025.1.0.0, when I attempt to go to Settings (top left hamburger menu) I receive a window that says “Loading information” for at least 30 seconds before it appears. If I go offline from DVLS it appears immediately. I’m unsure if this is a bug or not, but it seems quite slow. [image]

Hello! Since the last changes in the iOS app, the toolbar's modification keys doesn't work to copy and move files while drag and drop in Finder with alt, control or command virtual keys in ARD and VNC sessions of MacOS machines. Can you check the issue? Thanks in advance, Ugo

Hi, I’m using iPad mini7(a17 latest one, iOS 18.2) and a Bluetooth mouse to connect to a Windows 10 PC through RDP. When double-clicking with the left mouse button, words are typically selected individually, but currently, the entire sentence gets selected instead. Even while writing this text, double-clicking to edit a word results in the entire sentence being selected. You can reproduce this issue by connecting via RDP, opening the current page in Chrome, and checking the behavior in the topic editor window.

Hi Team, post updating to the latest version today, on my Magic Keyboard my two-finger right-click on Windows no longer works. I now have to use the right-click selector tool on the toolbar. I checked my iOS settings and they are fine. It works just fine within iOS, however.

Hi! Thank you for this great app. I'm running RDM on an iPad with iOS 17.7.2 I disable "use minimalist toolbar's style" in settings and it works while the app is open. If I kill and open the app it is enabled again, so it seems the preference isn't saved in my iCloud settings. [image] Regards.

I created a secure note in RDM on Windows. Type = Plain Text Sensitive = yes This issue happens on both IOS and Android When I open that secure note entry in RDM in IOS on my IPAD or on Android, under note, I see the usual orange dots, but no where an option to "view" (tap on an eye or something like that) the content of the note. Only when I edit the note.

Hi, I’m using my iPad Pro M2 (iOS 17.1 freshly installed ) and a Bluetooth mouse to connect to a Windows 10 PC through RDP. I have an annoying issue when using the mouse. Most of the time single clicks becomes double clicks in the RDP session. I recently changed my iPad and also the mouse and I’m still having the issue. Not sure but it’s seems the be related to a recent update of the app, because I did not had the issue before. I have tried to mess around with the settings (mouse acceleration, delay of the long press ..) and it did not help. I love the product but this issue is pretty annoying. Thanks for your help

Connecting to my MacBook Pro running current version of Ventura over ARD from RDM on my iPad Air (5th ed). I successfully get connected as far as seeing the MacBook’s lock screen, but I’m unable to login using my Magic Keyboard. I have to disconnect the iPad, and use the soft keyboard to enter my password. Through testing, I’ve determined that the problem is caused because none of the modifier keys on the keyboard seem to work, i.e., if I press Shift+t , it comes out as lowercase t. Shift+/ is still /. and so on. The on-screen ones provided in the RDM window don’t work either with the hardware keyboard. I literally cannot get an uppercase letter unless I switch to the soft keyboard. The soft keyboard generally works as expected..

You cannot use the functions on the bottom and more, Right Click or Keyboard and all the Otter stuff. Is this a known bug?

When creating an SSH Tunnel in the iOS client in the Outgoing Tunnel Settings, if I select "Dynamic", set a local address of 127.0.0.1 and local port, I believe the Destination should be automatically set by whatever host I'm attempting to connect to. Currently, if I select Dynamic and add a local address / port I receive an error message "The destination cannot be empty", but there is not field available for Destination. This seems like a bug - I don't think a Destination should be required for the Dynamic setting, and even if one is required there is no field to put it in. Thanks for your help!

We are experiencing a crash of the RDM app just as soon as it is opened on the iPod. Can you confirm if this is a bug?

If the RDM application is installed though the MDM it crashes on startup but not if installed using the app store. We had this issue for another app and our MDM provider pointed us to this issue. https://github.com/xamarin/xamarin-macios/issues/10086 It would be interesting for you guys to look at the workaround listed for a future update...

Bonjour J'utilise RDM avec un compte Devolutions Online Drive. Depuis ce matin, sur mes appareils Apple, j'ai une erreur de clé maitresse "Invalid input block size". L'application sur MacOs Catalina et celle sous Windows se connecte en revanche parfaitement. J'ai tenté de réentrer la Master Key (dont je suis sur), de desinstaller les apps et de les reinstaller, de me deconnecter du compte DOD...rien n'y fait. Une idée ?

I tried various Document -> Text entries and all open to say "View" "Editor" and "History", but do not show the what the text entry has either by going to View or Editor. If you click on View it says "Welcome to the documentation section" then says various markdown features, headings, lists, etc. Does not show text info If you click on Editor it says the same information just in plain text... no fancy fonts or anything.

Hello, since one of the last update, RDP sessions are no longer possible with an administrator@domain.local account. Even a login with domain\administrator is no longer possible. Does this error also occur with other users? Greetings
