Hi Team, when attempting to launch a session in iOS 26.1.0.22 it states briefly “Loading Attachments” and ultimately nothing happens. The only way to launch a session is click the 3 dots and then hit “Open”.
I’m using Devolutions Server 2025.3. Unfortunately, I cannot downgrade my iOS app version due to Apple’s policies. I cannot upgrade Devolutions Server to 2026 just yet due to likely everyone using Windows RDM 2025.3 getting a license error after the fact. Since we’re in a corporate environment, in order to upgrade everyone, this can take weeks/months while we go through a strict review process.
Thanks!
Jimmy
Hello,
Thank you for reporting the issue.
When you say that nothing happens, what do you see after “Loading Attachments”? Could you please provide a screenshot? That will help us investigate the issue.
In the meantime, could you try changing the “Entry touch action” setting to “View or Open” and see if it helps ? You can do this by going to Application Settings > Entries, tapping on Entry touch action, and selecting “View or Open.” This should open the session directly.
Best Regards,
Frederick Simard
Hi @Frederick Simard, this was an upgrade from your last 2025 version to latest when this started happening. Effectively, you select the selection to open the RDP session but a box prompts quickly that says "Loading Attachments" and then disappears. I've tried to screenshot it with my iPad but it doesn't capture that prompt (after dozens of attempts). I'll take a pic or video it with my phone and upload here tonight. I'll also try your suggestion and report back then, as well. Note, the web session links work just fine.
Thanks,
Jimmy
Here’s an example of what it shows from my iPhone when I click on a browser in my vault. It flashes “Loading attachments” and never goes anywhere.
This is hit or miss. Sometimes it opens to Overview on other browser entries.
Also, is there a way to default RDM to immediately opening an entry versus having to 2-step (click entry then click open)?

Hello @Jimmy P,
As mentioned by @Frederick Simard, could you please try adjusting the “Entry touch action” setting to “View or Open” and let us know if this resolves the issue?
You can find this option under Application Settings > Entries. From there, tap on Entry touch action and select “View or Open.” This should allow the session to open directly.
Please let us know if this resolves the issue.
