Trying to understand how to use the Splashtop session entry option. It requires 3 fields, Account, API Key and then computer. Is account my Splashtop account username? When I go into Splashtop and utilize the set up api keys options I see a number of services, Jira, FreshService, Zendesk, etc., but nothing for RDM. Do I need to use a specific API key? I assume once I fill in the account and api key directly hitting the 3 does on the 3rd field Computer will list all of the existing endpoints in my Splashtop account so that I can associate one with this session entry?

Unfortunately that did not work, each tab continues to steal focus as it opens. (I did make the change and then close out of RDM, then go back in). I am on version 14.0.6.0.

This isn't a huge deal but I thought I'd ask.

Let's say I select 5 machines right click them and choose open selections. We'll simply call the machines 1-5. Each machine doesn't get to the desktop at the same speed... so if 1 gets there first and I start working but then 3 gets to its desktop its steals focus and switches to that windows... same with others.

Can I open multiple rdp sessions "in the background" without them stealing focus as they come up?

This solution fixed my issues on my surface book (the first solution, didn't have to change app compatibility mode): https://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/index.html?troubleshooting_hdpiscalingissues.htm

Thanks for posting the info.

I reached out to support when I first installed 12 and they couldn't help me. The version 12 of RDM was scaling all my RDP sessions to ridiculous resolutions. After no help I actually downgraded to a previous version that I know didn't have this problem.

Today I went back to the new version because I wanted to take advantage of some functionality but I was dreading have this problem. Thanks to that one checkbox I'm now good to go.
