Hi, I have an ongoing issue with Devolutions RDM not opening up a new RDP connection or starting and failing with a blank, white screen. The only way to get these connections to open is by closing the entire RDM application and re-opening it. This seems to correct the problem for a while, but after a period of inactivity the problem resurfaces. Constantly having to close and reopen RDM is troubling.

Could you please provide us with the RDM version and the data source you are currently using?
Do you see relevant error messages in Help - Application logs when experiencing this issue?
Would it be possible for you to create a portable installation of the RDM version and see if this issue still occurs? To do so, you will need to follow the instructions on this page.

I'm facing the same issues as brentmoorhouse does. It happens occasionally during the day. After 1 RDP session fails with the blank screen, all following RDP sessions look the same – even the existing ones if they aer reconnected. This issue exists for me for the last 2-3 versions. I am currently on Version 2025.3.10.2 on macOS 26.3 (25D125) on a MacBook Pro M1 attached to a thunderbolt dockingstation. Attached to this are three MSI MAG301CR2 Displays with a resolution 2560x1080@120Hz and synaptics’s displaylink software.
Only quitting and restarting the app solves the issue.

I figured out that I have to quit fullscreen mode for this application. The screen reappears instantly. Then I can set this app to fullscreen mode again without any issues...
