Where exactly is the OTP not showing? If possible, a screenshot would be really helpful. Do OTP's never display or only in certain scenarios (e.g., inherited OTP or specific entry types)? OTP disparue

J'ai fait d'autres vérifications. Sur les anciennes entrée (crée avant la mise à jour), le champ OTP n'apparait pas lorsqu'on sélection le compte. Si je fais modifié avec le crayon, je vois le champs OTP et si je sauvegarde, le champs apparait pour ce compte. Bref, je dois faire modifier puis sauvegarder depuis l'application. Donc ceci affecte les entrée préexistante, je n'ai pas testé sur les nouvelles entrées.

Hi, When you say it doesn’t open, do you mean it stays in a loading state? If you log out, log back in through the extension, and then try editing it again, does it open and work properly? Password renewal via browser extension

Hi, I'm referring to changing or renewing my tenancy agreements from the browser extension (connected to Devolutions Hub). Currently, it gives the option to view them, and a pencil icon appears that redirects to the website https://<tenant>.devolutions.app/on-behalf-of, but it doesn't open. I don't know if it's possible to do it like other extensions such as Keeper, which changes/renews tenancy agreements directly from the extension without opening a website or program. Thank you.
