Hi! We are using RDP entries and powershell macro entities indeed. We have it set up the following way:

Admins have the right to grant temp access when a temp access request is made by a user. However most of the things users need to perform on the servers are a set of really simple tasks, like restarting a windows service. We want those users to always be able to use these ‘pre-defined’ set of scripts (made by admins) and let hem perform them whenever they want. Mostly for the calamities at night, when there isn’t always a admin awake. They need to be called and woken up to just give access to restart a simple service.

So in short: A couple of scripts that the admins create, need to be run by users without the rights to start a RDP session.

however (and I made a seperate request for this: https://forum.devolutions.net/topics/52212/run-powershell-scripts-through-the-gateway#224150) in our situation, the gateway should perform the script on the servers, not the users computer. But this would still be a amazing feature for tasks that needs to be performed more often.

So we installed a gateway that uses a specific external IP address. Only this address can access some resources inside other networks. We would like to be able to run Powershell scripts (even without a AD active) on the servers the gateway can connect to.

We would like the feature to be able to run a set of scripts (via the gateway) without a temporary access request. They should be able to always run these scripts, but only be able to connect to them via a temp access request.

This ensures that pre-made scripts for common problems and diagnostics can be performed. Access needs to be requests for more advanced problems/

We would love a synchronizer with Proxmox to import all our machines. We have a mix of windows (RDP) and Linux (SSH) machines that would be amazing to sync.

Well our primary use-cases are:

• Giving a user temporary access to a specific item in a specific vault (without a request)

• And approving, denying and revoking a temporary access requests that users have created themselves via RDM or other Devolutions applications

We do not need to create requests on behave of users.

I did indeed request this for Devolutions server as well. We primarily use Business hub for now, but if this feature is only possible on Devolutions server then we will need to switch over. That is why I also requested it for that product. Also I am unsure how much of your Devolutions server shares code with Business hub and I can imagine that both products benefit from this feature, because Devolutions is one of the few products that work with temp access in a way that is useful to us (and I think more businesses).

We would like to be able to manage temporary access via the API so that we can integrate it with our existing systems (like ticketing system). Right now we use a webhook to create a ticket when access is requested, but we need to manually grant the access via RDM or other platforms. We would like to make an API call to automate this.

As this is the primary reason we are using this product (giving temporary access to our clients to our servers) we would like to see an API addition.

I would like to be able to manage temporary access via the API (or alternatively Powershell), so we can automate and integrate this with our ticketing system (and other internal systems). Right now we have a webhook setup that will create a ticket, but we need to manually manage the access via RDM or other places. We want to automate this.
