Thanks for your help, I tried to follow your guide:

after paster the path then hit OK, it notices "The password is required" :(

then I tried click Manage Password and hit No Password:

it is still showing "the password is required" like above

I just had same issue, but only me use this application, dont know which another administrator to login to follow Jeff's instruction to reset pwd :( is there anyway else to reset the database password?
