Devolutions locking
Hello,
So when using devolutions i often lock it so no one can access when i am not around and after wanting to log back in it asks me for
windows hello authentication, which i preffer but it always shows up behind all my open windows and till i find it it dosent wanna work, like it dosen't accept my face at all (camera is tested and there is nothing wrong with it). The only way it does work is by PIN. Can you look into it beacuse it would be really helpful to just use my face and not using the PIN.

I recall encountering a similar issue in the past. Could you please let me know which version you’re currently using? If possible, try updating to the beta version and see if the issue persists.

Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to reproduce the issue on my side. Could you please let me know how many monitors you’re using? Also, do any of your colleagues experience the same issue?
While I continue to investigate and search for similar cases—as my colleague mentioned earlier—could you please try resetting your local configuration?
Here are the steps:
- Close RDM.
- Navigate to %localappdata% → Devolutions folder.
- Rename the RemoteDesktopManager folder to RemoteDesktopManager.old.
- Launch RDM.
- Connect to your data source.
Once connected, the issue should no longer occur.
