Forum reply always reports error
hi,
although this might not be the right place (could not find a "forum forum"), the forum always reports an error when replying to a post (resulting in me clicking submit again and again; which results in multiple replies with the same message).

this is me testing again.
seems to be post specific. while replies are working here as expected the error can be reproduced by replying to the post about OTP - firefox network tools showed an error.

update: narrowed it down to having something to do with the (inline?) image. also got an error after adding the image; was able to reply when deleting the inline-image.
update2: I am now unable to post new replies to this post but can edit this very message ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
