Hi .. I was playing with the RDM Jump Host idea and everything was going well till it seemed to 'freeze'.
The RDP connection was fine, but the RDM window was kinda locked in a state of opening a connection I had clicked.
Is there a persistent connection between the RDM master and the RDM Jump that could get jammed ?
The Jump host is through a SSH proxy, which means it can get overloaded at times and I am wondering if it causes the 'freeze'; which RDP is probably allowing for when connected.
If so .. is there a way to have the sessions pre-defined on the Jump Host RDM, so that I only 'trigger' them from the RDM Master; and therefore there is no 'persistence' with the RDM Jump ?
I like the expanded window without the sidebars, it's just a PITA to keep showing and hiding them.
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this matter.
While I am checking whether an existing option is available, could you please try resetting your local configuration?
To do so, please follow these steps:
Once you are connected, the issue should no longer occur.
In the meantime, please ensure that you are using the latest version of RDM and let me know which data source you are using.
Best regards,
Tommy Sanders
