When I create connections using the Cisco VPN option I get the above error message. It happens during pretty much the first step. All the credentials and names are typed correctly. I just got a trial serial number and can create the connection using the command line using the same credentials. It has happened with four different Cisco VPN connections but the Microsoft VPNs work great. Any reason why?

Hi,
We are aware of this problem and it will be fixed soon (maybe tomorrow). You can try this version
http://remotedesktopmanager.com/download/Devolutions.RemoteDesktopManager.Bin.5.5.0.0x.zip
You will get an error message, but if you continue, everything should work fine.
Sorry about that.

No problem, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't doing something wrong.
Different issue; the Citrix ICA connection doesn't really work the way I think it should. I tried mRemote and the way it has Citrix setup is awesome (no VPN support unfortunately). You can put your credentials into the program with no need for the .ica file. I have a similar problem with the logmein.com functionality but have not found anything to work around it, essentially RDM provides a shortcut to a website, but I would guess that is more an issue with logmein and not your software.
We have multiple clients that have all setup different ways to connect remotely so I have no control of how they do it and can't get much customization beyond usernames/password. Ideally we need a solution that gives us one click access to as many different sites as possible.
Hi,
You're right for the logmein, it's very limited. For the Citrix, I did the .ica extension as quick and dirty patch. The full integrated solution is planned but I can't tell you when. My biggest problem is the test platform. I don't have a Citrix server. I can notify you as soon as it's available.
Thank you for your comments.

Thanks so much for your replies and help! You have a great piece of software and the updated version sounds like it will be nearly perfect for us.
Please ignore. Found solution, my own mistake.
