app stays on original (now disconnected) monitor

Using a laptop, with various multimonitor/single monitor setup - depending on location.

Reproduce:
- open app on screen that is later disconnected, eg 2 or 3
- suspend
- disconnect additional screen
- resume

-> app stays hidden on original screen.
Only way to correct this, is to right click the taskbar icon, close the app, and restart

With something like word or excel, the app moves to a screen that is available.
