Unattended Screenconnect session SC v4
Hello, i am currently evaluating both remote desktop manager and screen connect.
I have about 200 machines that i need to make unattended screenconnect hosts and about 25 techs that would run RDM. I want to establish remote sessions using remote desktop manager but no dice.
I have tried a variety of things and no luck.
The best i got was an error from RDM the reads:
"Server connected successfully but unable to retrieve server informations"
Any suggestions?

Hi,
You probably have "/login" at the end of the Host.

Hi, thank you for the response but i did not have /login anywhere.
In the session name i have the name of the device as it shows on the screenconnect.
In the RDM dialog host entry i have the SC server and port 8040.

In fact there's another issue with the V4.
This will be investigated but it is impossible to say when it will be fixed.

Well. that does not sound promising at all. I am doing evals to potentially implement these two solutions in the next 3 to 4 weeks.
Is there any way to get a better answer here? maybe get SC involved?
