Since the last update, when I alt+tab to RDM... its like the ALT becomes stuck on..

Its never done this before... So I can only think its related to new update...

Anyone else seeing this.. Its really annoying... especially if i forget and it then starts running menu commands in the remote session as its an ALT+<Key> combo..

I saw there was a similar issue a couple of years ago

Also seeing this behavior. I'm finding all sorts of keyboard shortcuts on my remote servers I didn't know existed today.

Yeah, i have nearly corrupted a bunch of stuff..

this is a real problem... Its a problem on two different machines that I use.. so i don't think this is specific to a local install...

In addition I have never seen this before... So pretty sure it got introduced in an update... :)

Won't be long before something gets potatoed and its not noticed until too late...

I have had it collapse lines in editors, then all of a sudden I was comparing two files... :)

So we can try to reproduce this on 2026.3.15, could you please share the following:

  • The workspace type you use
  • The session type where it happens (RDP, SSH or other), and whether the session is in a tab, undocked, or opened externally
  • The operating system of the remote machine
