Field-level permission to allow editing Tags only (without full Edit rights on the entry)

This is a customer request (case 00129997).
Currently, Remote Desktop Manager's permission system works at the entry level only (View, Connect, Add, Edit, Delete, Security, Attachments, etc.). There is no way to grant a user or role permission to edit just the Tags field on an entry without also granting the general Edit permission, which allows editing every other property (host, credentials, connection settings, etc.).
Use case: our customer has a team responsible for keeping tags up to date on RDP entries (e.g., reflecting which customers are installed on a given instance). This team should only ever touch the Tags field, but since Edit is all-or-nothing, they've ended up making unintended changes to other entry properties, causing operational issues.
Requested feature: a distinct "Edit Tags" permission (or similar field-level permission) that can be granted independently of the general Edit permission, so a role can be restricted to tag updates only.
