Better handling of Bitwarden synchronizer entry creation when Groups are involved

I am submitting this feature request on behalf of a separate topic that was opened in the support section of the forum.

Currently, groups from the Bitwarden platform are synchronized as groups even when they are not selected in the Filters tab of the Bitwarden Synchronizer entry. This results in a specific folder structure being created in RDM.

Additionally, folders can also be selected in the Filters tab, which can result in a large number of folders being created, including duplicate folders and shortcut entries. This can make the resulting folder structure difficult to manage and navigate.

I believe this behavior could be improved in the future to provide a cleaner and more intuitive synchronization experience.
