Landscape mode and touch mode not working as default on Remote Desktop Manager Mobile
Hello,
I'm using Remote Desktop Manager Mobile and I'm having trouble with the display and input settings.
No matter what settings I try, I can't get the application to open in landscape mode by default and I also can't get a fully touch-based mode.
I enabled the touch option but I still get a hybrid mode where the mouse cursor is present at the same time. When I force landscape mode, the session does not seem to switch to a true touch experience.
I may be missing a setting but I can't find any option that controls this behavior.
Is this expected behavior or is there a specific configuration required?
If it is possible, could someone please provide the steps needed to:
Open sessions in landscape mode by default
Use touch input only without the mouse cursor
Prevent the application from switching back to a mixed mouse/touch mode
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Raphael
Hello,
Enabling "Always open the session in landscape mode" should automatically switch the session to landscape mode, and enabling "Use touchpad mode by default" should indeed set the touch mode to touchpad mode instead of mouse mode.
There might be an issue with these settings. We will investigate and get back to you as soon as possible.
Best regards,
Frederick Simard

@Frederick Simard
When both options are enabled, the session does start in landscape mode, but I still get the mouse cursor.
What I'm looking for is a full touch experience without the mouse pointer, similar to a touchpad/tablet mode.
Is there a setting to force touch input only and completely disable the mouse cursor?
Thanks,
