Keep getting prompted to install .NET after switching to new laptop

I recently switched over to a new laptop and had to reinstall RemoteDesktopManager but when I run it, it keeps telling me that I must install or update .NET.
I have clicked on the link within the message and run the update file, restarted several times but I can't run RemoteDesktopManager

Thank you for contacting us regarding this issue.

I assume you are using the latest version of Remote Desktop Manager. If so, could you please uninstall all installed .NET versions, then install the latest supported version and let me know if the issue persists?
