I receive 4 warnings for a single entry.
I have one entry that is linked three times.
Since the entry is about to expire, I receive four separate warnings for it.
Is this an error or ok ?

Thank you for reaching out about this matter.
I was able to reproduce this behavior on the latest version. After discussing it with our development team, they confirmed that this is not the intended behavior and understand that it may cause friction.
I will log this as a bug on my end, and the development team will work on implementing a fix.
I'll keep you updated as soon as a version containing the fix has been deployed.

We have fixed an issue where entries with multiple shortcuts generated duplicate expiration notifications on the Dashboard and Action Center — RDM now shows a single notification per entry. It will be available starting from version 2026.2.17.0 of RDM.
