RDM 2026.2.5.0 – Lost "Run as different user" / RDM update broke Vault credential usage and Run As option

Good morning. After updating RDM to version 2026.2.5.0 64‑bit (PreJIT), I lost the ability to run PowerShell commands using credentials from my Vault. Also, when I select “Run as a different user”, the option doesn't even appear – the command only runs under the current session user. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hello,

Thank you for reporting this.

This is a known issue which we already have a fix for when it comes to the linked credentials as well as other things like linked private keys, gateways, proxys etc.

This error happened due to the upgrade of the Hub Personal so it follows the same model as the "Enterprise" version which used to be called "Hub Business". They were both merged together to become "Devolutions Cloud" and the only thing that changes what you have access to is your license model.

Our next version (RDM 2026.2.7.0) which we are hoping to release today should fix most of these issues. One thing we couldn't fix quickly however is the "Run as" tab of the Powershell entries.

We will look into fixing this hopefully for 2026.2.8.0. We will keep you updated on the progress.

Best Regards,

Good morning,
I updated RDM to version 2026.2.7.0 64-bit (PreJIT), but I am still unable to run any command using credentials stored in my vault. This issue started after the 2026.2.5.0 update. Is there any solution for this?
Thank you.
