Thank you for your response. Please note that the Azure VM Synchronizer supports only one Subscription ID per entry. Therefore, you will need to configure one synchronizer for each Azure Subscription rather than a single synchronizer for the entire tenant.

For each synchronizer, you can still apply filters by Resource Group if needed.

Because hard-coding the password into the synchronizer settings one by one is cumbersome when rotating the password.

The Azure VM Synchronizer supports the standard RDM Entry credentials options, so you can avoid hard-coding the password in each one:

1. Create a single Credential entry containing your Azure Global Reader service account.
2. In each synchronizer, set Credentials to Linked (vault) and select that entry.

When rotating, update the password in that one entry and all linked synchronizers will pick it up automatically.
