Is it possible to use RDM to remotely connect to a machine using an Entra account? I tinkered with that for some time and could not get it to work. Thank you
Hello,
Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter.
If I understand correctly, you would like to access an RDP entry using an Entra account.
If so, could you please review the following document and let us know if it helps?

Good morning, this actually does not apply as the username has an "@" in it.
Hello,
Thank you for your response.
I suspect this issue may be caused by PKU2U. The following article should help with troubleshooting:
https://docs.devolutions.net/rdm/kb/troubleshooting-articles/rdp-nla-azure-ad-pku2u-issue/
In the meantime, could you please make sure that the “Entra ID host” box is checked in your entry?
Best regards,
Tommy Sanders

I have been trying different things for a few days now and nothing seems to work. Some iterations will tell me the password is wrong and some will end with the connection just ending almost immeadiately.
Now let me add this, my account for this has 2 factor on the Microsoft side, how would RDM handle that or does that even come into play?
Hello,
Thank you for your response,
I have opened a case for a remote session.
Best regards,
