Error when trying to create a Devolutions Send link from RDM

The error appears when the window has been opened from both the tools menu and send icon on an entry.
It's the same on multiple clients/users.

I confirmed the network is not the issue. RDM doesn't even try to connect to the internet - it only connects to DVLS.
Each time I click on "Send link", DVLS successfully connects to https://login.devolutions.com and https://quoting.devolutions.com consecutively (I see a few packets of encrypted HTTPS traffic on the wire)
