Hello,

Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter.

Could you please let me know which version of RDM you are using?

In the meantime, could you also confirm the file type you are trying to import?

Best regards,

Tommy Sanders

Hi,

I'm using version 2026.1.10.0 64-bit (PreJIT)
I think the problem is the backup folders some of them, were deleted. I still have the orginal file with extension .rdm, that is in the backup folders, but everytime I try to use as a new one, it change to 1 KB, and it sends the same message.
Is it possible to restore the info that is in those files?
I'm not trying to import, I'm just opening the rdm file as I did before.

In attached, one of the files.

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Thank you for your response.

I understand that it may not be possible to restore the information within the file. However, could you please try importing the file from a new scratch data source to check whether the complete file information becomes available?

Best regards,

Tommy Sanders

Hi Tommy,

I've tried already that option, but I get the same error.
Is it possible to open as XML file, or it is encrypted?

Hello,

Thank you for your response.

I will get back to you with more information on this shortly. In the meantime, could you please try rolling back to an older version of RDM and check whether you are able to see your entries?

You can download a previous version using the following link:
