different browser or multiple sessions in safari?

Unfortunately we do not have that exact feature on macOS, we can only use safari in embedded mode, but we have an other feature that might give the result you want.

If you set the incognito session to "Per connection", it will make each website entry have their own data, like cookies, allowing you have multiple entries with different datas.


I believe you could make an entry for each "profile" to simulate the edge profile feature. This may not work perfectly with some things like SSO logins, but this is probably the best we can offer currently.

Please let me know if this is acceptable to you, and if not, please describe more what you are trying to achieve and we will see if there is an other solution.

Ok, I think this could work, but before I switch this on for all my sessions, how does this synchronize back to Windows? I will probably switch back and forth between both OSs for some time...

And.. I can't edit all my web sessions as it looks? This is after advanced search for session type and selecting all sessions (but it doesn't even work for one session).

I am glad this workaround seems acceptable to you. This "Per connection" setting is not supported on Windows, so it will behave as if it was set to "Default", which I believe is what you want.

Switching back and forth should cause no issue, and if it does, we should be able to fix it. Feel free to try with only a few connections at first to make sure it doesn't break anything.

As for the issue with the batch edit, I will open a ticket to investigate it and we will let you know when we have updates or if we need more information.
