Two different password policies

I just created a second password policy. My first one has special characters and everything, and new one just letters, numbers and a few special characters for systems that have problems with some symbols.

But I am only able to set one for my users. If I disable the checkbox, my users are able to select "Default" what I don´t want. I want to be able to have two or three policy definitions and set them for my users so they are able to select between them. Is this somewhere hidden and I was not able to find it, or is this not possible at the moment?
