Hi,
After latest 2025.3 update, RDM for Mac shows all entries double up in the user vault. Folders are not duplicated.
This does not happen in other vaults.
User vault is normal when viewing on RDM for Windows - also latest 2025.3 update.
Tried restarting RDM and refresh entries but same issue.
Datasource is Azure SQL Database.

Hi,
I can’t seem to reproduce the issue. Does this happen every time you open RDM?
Also, I assume the duplication doesn’t actually create the entries, since the RDM Windows appears to display them correctly.
Do you happen to have another data source? If so, could you check if the same display issue occurs in the user vault?
I’ll continue investigating and try to reproduce the issue on my end.
Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.
Best regards,
Jesse Galarneau
Hi Jesse,
It seems that I'm the only one in my Team with the issue (but also the only one with a Mac). What I have tried:
However, as SQL Server as a source is going away, we will probably look into moving to Password Hub hosted solution instead. Maybe not so high priority to fix this issue, unless its not data source dependent.
Hi,
I wanted to tell you we were recently able to reproduce and possibly fix this issue. We still have to test our solution since the bug happened randomly for us, but so far it looks promising. We will let you know once a version with this fix is released.
Best regards,
Maxim Buisson
Hi Maxim,
Thank you for the update and your efforts towards the issue - random bugs are the best!
Hi,
same issue here. Duplicates only in treeview. If I try to delete one entry, I actually remove both. I am looking forward to get this fixed...
Hello,
We have release a new version of RDM Mac (2025.3.8.3)
and the issue with the duplicates in the treeview should be resolved.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.
Best regards,
Michel Lambert
Thank you, that's awesome. Will download it right away!
Edit: Update, looks like it solved the issue, also the missing underscores in usernames ;-)
