Timestamp and creater to Status messages

I would like to request for Timestamp and creater login auto-adding to message when assign any status to connection(s) entry.

If I assign status to a session, I need add my username and day (dd/mm/yyyy). It's simplify our work and my colleague can give quick response for customer who and when have last access to customers hosts and who assign any status to this entry.
From message we can know why this status was assigned.

I know we have the history an shared logs, but search in logs&history take some seconds
