Build-in SFTP drag & drop not working

Could you please tell us the OS you're on? The only known limitation so far is with Windows Server 2019.

Alright so it should be working. What's the behavior exactly? Does it let you drag but fails on the drop, or is the drag simply disabled?

I can drag the file over the window, but when dropping it it does nothing.
I noticed when dragging the file over the WinSCP entry window it shows cursor pointer with + sign (as if I was copying the file). When dragging it over Embedded SFTP entry window it shows the cursor pointer with arrow, same as when creating link (I think, hard to say with so few pixels).

Since then we upgraded RDM clients to 2025.3.21 and DVLS to 2025.3.6.0, but no change.

I tried to reproduce your issue and realised I may not have understood you correctly. Are you dragging in items from outside of RDM, like the Windows file explorer?

If that's the case, we have a ticket opened to add this functionnality so we'll link your case to it.

yes, we are trying to download files from SFTP entry opened in RDM to local PC (to the Desktop or some folder opened in Windows Explorer, doesn't matter...) and also upload files from local PC to SFTP entry. Neither of them works.
According to the post https://forum.devolutions.net/topics/42910/drag-and-drop-feature-in-ftpsftp#215248 I understood that this should be implemented already.

Yeah sorry we should have been clearer, it's currently only working if the drag/drop is done fully inside RDM.

We'll raise the priority of the internal ticket and let you know once we have an update.
