Open embedded (SCP) broken - only lists the /root/ directory

Hi there,

RDM Newbie here. Maybe I misunderstand something.

I got a "SSH terminal" entry configured. SSH workes flawless.

If I hit "Open with parameters" -> "Open ebbeded (SCP)" RDM

asks me for a private key. Where I can enter what ever I want "bldajfldajgoasjgdoadsjgoa" and it works.

It opens up the /root/ on the server.

As soon as I want to change directory. RDM goes into a endless loop. Nothing happens.

Thank you for reaching out regarding this matter.

I was unable to reproduce the issue on my side. Could you confirm whether it occurs with a single entry or with multiple entries? Additionally, please let me know your RDM version and the datasource you are using so I can perform further tests.

Thanks for the reply.

I am running Version 2025.2.28.0 with a Microsoft SQL Database data source. Happens to all my SSH terminal entries.

Can I debug log somehow?
