Hello everyone!
I keep getting the message “disconnected - Get favorites error: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘isCookie’)” and the Devolutions Workspace Extension is no longer connected.
What could be the problem?
Thank you in advance!

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback.

On what browser are you using the Workspace extension?

On which space is the Workspace connected to (RDM, DVLS, Hub personal or Hub Business)?

Best regards,

Hello,
thanks for the details.
Are you able to log into the DVLS Web interface or via RDM?
Thanks

Hi,

Just to confirm, does the issue occur when you click the Refresh button and when you restart Microsoft Edge? What is your DVLS version?

Are you able to see your Favorites in the Web Interface when logged in with the same user account that shows the error (by navigating to your DVLS in the browser)?

Are you using DVLS over HTTPS with a valid certificate? If the certificate is invalid, your browser will usually display the HTTPS in red with a strikethrough.

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback.

What value is set for the Automatically logout idle users after (minutes) parameter in Administration - Server Settings - Advanced on the DVLS web UI?

Could you increase this value to see if that helps?

Best regards,

Hi,

the value for Automatically logout idle users after (minutes) is set to 0, it has no impact.

Hi,

Could you enable the “Log debug information” option in the extension settings and then follow these instructions:
https://docs.devolutions.net/workspace/kb/workspace-browser-extension/workspace-browser-extension-troubleshooting-connection-logs#chrome

While keeping the DevTools window open, reproduce the issue. When the disconnection occurs, you should see a row highlighted in red. Click on it and take a screenshot of both the Headers and Response tabs.

Additionally, open the Console tab, right-click anywhere in the output, and select Save as to export the log.

Once completed, please send me the screenshots and the log file via Direct Message.

Best regards,

Olivier Désalliers
