Problem rdp connection
I have two phones, Samsung s23 ultra and Honor 200. On both phones I have installed remote desktop manager version 2025.2.0.17. Also, on both phones I have rdp connection to my desktop pc(win 10). This connection work on s23 ultra but doesn work on Honor 200.
Do you hav any suggestion ?

Could you please confirm if the setup is exactly the same — including the RDM version, data source, account, etc.? In the meantime, could you also provide more details about the issue? For example, are you receiving any error messages, or does the issue occur after a specific action?

Yes, the setup(rdp version, account, data source...) is the same on both phones. I got a warning: "You may not be able to open rdp sessions on a Windows Server 2003 that is not configured to use TLS. For security reasons, we strongly recommend the use of TLS.". I find it strange that it mentions Windows Server because the computer I am trying to connect to has Windows 10, not Windows Server.
I found that I have a problem with FortiClient app, it says I have a VPN connection, but in fact, I don't. So, it seems that it is not a problem with Remote Desktop Manager app. Thank you.
