1) When I create a shortcut of a connection, and then rename a higher level folder which affects those shortcuts, only 1 of them has their shortcuts correctly redirected to the new location, the others have incorrect locations, and all other shortcuts cease to be visible.
2) When I create a shortcut of a directory, I don't get a shortcut of that directory, I get a shortcut of every connection under that directory, in 1 single directory. In addition to this, when I went to delete and manipulate those shortcuts that were created, I got all sorts of odd behaviour.
Hi,
What version do you use? Directory shortcut are not supported and it should be disabled. For the other issue, do you mean that both shortcut are included in the higher level directory?

I'm running the very latest build of the current version, which you released only the other week, after patching another problem for me. Perhaps when you patched that you accidentally introduced the ability to create directory shortcuts?
2) I get a lot of really weird functionality when I accidentally create the directory shortcut. I also get a lot of weird functionality when moving regular shortcuts around. However the issue I was referring to was creating a directory shortcut, by right clicking on a directory then selecting another directory, results in ALL sessions higher in the tree appearing in the directory you selected for the directory shortcut.
You are right about the create shortcut and the group. This will be fixed quictly.
Sorry about that
