Update Profile email address question

My company has been acquired by another company. I have been trying to update my email address in my profile but have not had any success. Can someone tell me if this is possible or suggest a remedy? Thank you in advance.

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this matter.

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the email address associated with a Devolutions Account on our end. The only available option is to create a new account and, if needed, register the license under the new email address.
