I've been using RDM for a long time. It's my key tool as system engineer and I recently switched from a local data source to Devolutions hub.
I noticed that when the internet connection drops my RDM hangs itself on 8 out of 10 times. The only resulution is killing the application using task manager and restarting it.
When it does not hang itself, sometimes it switches to offline and sometimes all my entries are gone. When it switches to offline, I haven't found a button to reconnect. When all the entries are gone, and the internet connection returns, the entries return as well.
Are there other users experiencing the same behaviour?
I would perfer RDM to display the datesource as offline, when the internet connection drops, keep all changes and resync them when we're back online. A button would be nice to request RDM to retry the connection to the datasource once it's connection was dropped.
Thank you

Hi Tommy,
The option "allow offline" was indeed not enabled.
I changed this setting and restarted Remote Desktop Manager and now it work as expected.
Thanks for your quick response.
Kind regards,
David
