Hello,
I started using RDM mostly for RDP connections.
I am curious of I can get RDM to open SQL Studio management studio and pre-fill the login configuration for me. It seems there used to be an RDM addon back in 2018 by reading old posts. Does this addon still exist? Or is the approach now to use the command line entry option?
Thank you!
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this,
The SQL Server Management Studio Add-on is still available yes, you can enable it by going under "Tools" -> "Add-on Manager".
That being said, I'm afraid that supplying the password will not work for SSMS version 18 or higher, as this option has been removed by Microsoft from my understanding.
Best regards,
Samuel Dery
