RDM stays always on top after start

RDM stays always on top after start

RDM stays always on top (of any window) after start. happens randomly. but quite often.
Its own popup windows (settings, notifications) are also hidden behind main window.
It is tricky but possible to move settings window to another display and tick stay on top and back. but sometimes it does not help.
only restart app.

It does not happen when I started using RDM few years ago but I was using win7 at that time and stick on some RDM version for a while.
After moving to another desktop with win10 I started experiencing this bug instantly. I rarely rebooting (usually after windows updates monthly).

If this matters I have session restore option with 10+ windows. So I have popup about this after start. Only ssh sessions are used.

Thank you for your response. Could you kindly send me a screenshot of the issue?

In the meantime, could you please create a portable installation of the latest version of RDM and check if the issue persists? To do so, please follow these steps:

  1. Download the .zip file from the link below:
  2. RDM .zip download
  3. Create a new folder on your Desktop.
  4. Extract the contents of the .zip file into the folder created in step 2.
  5. Open the folder and run remotedesktopmanager.exe.
  6. Connect to your data source.


Please let me know if the issue occurs with the portable version.
