We open Word files directly in the RemoteDesktopManager which point to our OneDrive structure via a link to the file. These are stored with "%username%" so that it can be accessed by every user. This path was previously always customisable. We are currently restructuring our OneDrive, which is why I wanted to adjust the paths again, but this is currently not possible. Is this error known?

They will work on a permanent solution to be included in a near future version of RDM.
